Will Brennan has dramatically improved from last year based on the underlying metrics. He has tripled his barrel percentage, but his xwOBA is still only league average, and will continue to be until he stops chasing so much. Not sure how much more there is to find out about him, but I do still think he has a place on the team.
Man, Triston needs a bounce back in a big way. Feels like he’s barely hanging on and old man JV kicks our ass every time.
Seeing everyone on the starting lineup batting over .200 is mildly exciting
