Was looking up their stats and was surprised how similar they were through 100 ABs

Happy to see Rhys doing well in Milwaukee. I think his OPS is actually up over .800 after today.
On the other hand — Outs above Average:
Bryce: 4 (2nd in MLB among 1B)
Rhys: -4 (last in MLB, which is especially impressive seeing as he’s spent about half his time at DH so far)
I loved when he was messing with the Mets early in the season.
He’s still got the phightin spirit in him
Yeah but how many kids has Rhys had this season?
Through 100 ABs Harper is under performing to start the season and Hoskins is…slightly above mediocre? Making the front office look good for letting him walk? About to go into a 2 month slump?
Lol. Your comparing the 2 while one is in a slump them being similar while Bryce has been in a slump and started slow says how unsilimar they are actually.
Yeah and Rojas has similar numbers to Acuna right now. This means nothing
Look, I love Rhys too, but even though I was loath to accept it, Harper’s defensive improvement over Rhys has been a game changer for the team.
Bryce is starting slow and will probably warm up.
Defensively, Rhys was a liability due to limited mobility. Harper is actually good at the position.
The team misses Rhys’ fire and leadership, and really did last year.
Rhys is doing well and Bryce has been struggling. What the stats don’t capture is Bryce’s higher ceiling.
