  1. Only fitting this dude does something charitable with that contract money since his game has looked like he’s playing for charity for the past 5 years…

  2. Hope to be wrong, but so many of these “affordable housing” plans feel like developers using empty promises to rush through projects and turn profit quick. They talk about how Mayor Bass has opened the door to turn 3 year projects into 9 month projects. There’s no such thing as an altruistic private developer. There’s very little holding them accountable to a set number of units and to fixed rents at a universally agreed up on definition of affordable. Feels like they all end up as cheaply built starter condos for young professionals who accumulate wealth regardless of getting a favorable real estate deal or not.

  3. Pretty sure he could have built the whole city block with all his bricks.

  4. I’m confused he’s from New York not LA.

I mean by all means this is a good thing but why?

  5. The government can’t do it…

But the 189th best player in NBA will. Sure bro

  6. People looking for affordable housing shouldn’t be looking in LA

  7. Is this how we found out that LeBron is going to join Curry and not the other way around?

  8. Not like he owes Philly anything after the highway robbery he pulled

  9. Hes a great guy off the court, no doubt about it. Just wish he was a better basketball player, but will never have a bad thing to say about tobi as a person
