Holy shit the beginning of the 2nd day trying to get DeJean was fascinating. They *really* wanted him. Thought he was gone when the Rams traded up.

I’ve been in military tactical operations centers in combat zones and what sticks out most in this video is how Lurie leads perfectly during the trade up sequence.
Perfect amount of questions/backing off to allow howie to cook. When you are in a tense, time constrained environment this is how you want your senior leaders to contribute. A++
Howie said in the post-draft press conference that 5 of their picks were red star players but wouldn’t say which ones. In this video we hear who 3 of them were:
– Shipley – Trotter – Keegan
Pretty safe to assume the other 2 were DeJean and Quinyon
