Potential PSL/Ticket Pricing at New Nissan Stadium (Allegiant Prices)

For those anxiously awaiting PSL/Ticket Pricing on New Nissan Stadium (supposedly being rolled out this month), I decided to do some research on the new Raiders stadium Allegiant pricing.

New Nissan is heavily modeled after this stadium, including having a nearly identical seating chart. I would expect prices to look very similar to this, maybe slightly less since Vegas is overall an expensive area and draws more celebrity/corporate money. Thought this might be beneficial to some along with a comparison to current Nissan 2024 prices.

  1. Doubt it’ll be that high. They struggle to fill the seats at current prices.

  2. They sent a survey out last year around this time asking people what they thought about potential PSL prices. Everyone was appalled at the prices. Like $6,000 minimum per seat for nosebleeds.

  3. I’ve posted ad nauseam about this, but in summary, I think you are spot on with this. For what it’s worth, from the MOMENT they started talking about a new stadium I’ve been screaming into the wind about this. In the beginning, people looked at me like an asshole with a green dick growing out of my forehead. Now, people seem to realize that the $270mm in PSL fees that the Titans budgeted into the proposal means shits gonna be expensive.

The worst part about it all is this:

Let’s say you currently sit in section 135 row 10. You have 6 seats, youre one of the first people they call for seat selection. You have a big credit. If you can’t afford the new row 10, you get right of first refusal, but you are also going to be offered other seats. So that’s nice, right? Well, let’s just say that you end up choosing seats in the equivalent of section 335, Row A. That means that the people in the current section 335, Row A, who are next in the call line, are now losing their equivalent seats because the lower bowl priced the first guy out, and the big ass credit is going to go a LONG way towards paying for the D. Green section you see above.

So, the first guy is pissed that he doesn’t get lower bowl, but he got good seats. Well, friend, there are only so many “good” seats that people are going to be able to feel like they got an equal-ish trade for. After the lower bowl end zone and the seats between the 40s are taken up- which could easily be filled up by EVERYBODY in the lower bowl between the 20’s who doesn’t want to pay $12k(!) for a PSL, there are going to be a lot of people that had GOOD seats that are now going to be in in the 400’s, watching with binoculars. It sucks.

  4. PSLs are the biggest fucking crock of horseshit and are a big reason why the atmosphere at professional sporting events in America (outside of playoff hockey) truly suck ass. The Europeans would never fucking allow this shit for a single second. It prices out every single middle class/lower class diehard fan and only leaves tickets to be used by corporate cunts and rich fucks who would rather slit their wrists than yell before the opposing team takes a 3rd down snap. Not only that, but it’s miserably ageist. What person under 30 has $20k to drop just on the *right* to buy two season tickets?

With every new stadium built, the Super Bowl atmosphere spreads. People aren’t there for the game, people are there to take a picture to let people know they were at the game.

I mean I make damn decent money, and I love our Titans, but I’m not fucking stupid enough to spend $20k to “earn the privilege” to spend more fucking money. Hell no.

  5. I paid $500 for my PSL at the current stadium, no way in hell am I adding a zero to that to move over to the new one.

  6. I’ve already accepted the fact that My wife and I are going to be priced out of the new stadium which is a bummer.

They’d prefer to sell to people who don’t give a shit about the team and are there for business meetings etc

Yeah I know, money spends the same.

  7. LV vs Nashville. I am rarely make financially responsible decisions in LV.

  8. Nashville is not nearly yet the Vegas market. These are a little high. We claim we are, but we aren’t. Look at Vegas Knights games vs the Preds.

He’ll look at their Top Golf. Good luck getting a bay there. It’s just more of a destination and event town than we are right now.

  9. Can I physically take my seat home with me too? After all, it’s a personal seat license. I understand them but I think whoever came up with PSLs is ridiculous. I’m not for more expensive tickets but just raise tickets a few bucks and avoid the PSLs.
