Definitely. She’s great!
She was a natural out there, never would have guessed it was her first year if I hadn’t known.
She worked her way up through the organization organically. She is fantastic at what she does and will get higher profile opportunities sooner than not so we should definitely appreciate her while she’s here

She saves so many terrified organization and small business owner interviewees during the halftime interviews omg. I remember this one time she was interviewing this one younger woman that was promoting a young woman’s organization (I believe) and this young woman had everything planned out that she was going to say over the minute long interview but spewed all of it out in 15 seconds because she was so nervous. So, she just started rambling incoherently and Melanie swooped in and saved the day.
