I don’t think many people understand how LEADERSHIP drives an OPERATIONAL organization. The bean counting is done behind the scenes, and as long as AP and the players get the resources they need, they are going to get the job done. The ability to turn around the McDaniels dumpster fire is impressive. AP is building on the momentum and it is going to continue to grind out the inevitable W’s.
