[Stevens] In order to keep their QB preference a secret, the Broncos’ draft board in the draft room was not in order of preference, instead just random, per @AlbertBreer. Only a small group knew the order, including Sean Payton, George Paton & Greg Penner.

  1. Its been refreshing how little info comes out of the team since SP took over. I dont think it changes it much but the NFL is war, and war is won and lost on info. Loose lips sink ships. Sean runs a tight ship. Me and Sean like our ships like our butts, Tight. Go look at which QB has the tightest butt, His name rhymes with six. GBBN.

  2. In case the draft board ever got released, they’d be able to say that “it wasn’t in order”

  3. Why are they writing stories like they kept this shit secret.

The fucking betting odds had Bo Nix the favorite to go to Denver at #12 and this sub spent about 2 months talking about him as our most likely pick.

If we had traded back and taken Rattler I’d have said OK that was some pretty good smoke screen work because nobody really saw that as the move. But the idea that they ran some secret service level operation to disguise the fact they were going to take Bo Nix is hilarious.
