  1. Thank God. We have already done enough damage to our franchise behind this soft ass nonchalant underperforming basketball player.

  2. I’d rather lose knowing we’re going to be bad instead of expecting a good postseason team and flaming out in playoffs. Let him walk, give the fans a break

  3. I loved PG as a concept and just watching his highlights from OKC

But as someone on one of the Clippers podcasts said: PG is the only superstar in the NBA that just desperately wants to be a role player

We will be better off ripping this bandait right now and forcing our FO to actually for once plan a cohesive roster instead of throwing shit at a wall seeing if it sticks

  4. As some people have mentioned, I do not think he is a $50m+ a year player, especially at that age, and especially with the inconsistencies. I am a HUGE PG fan, think he has one of the best all around games in the league, but his inability to really, deeply care about winning is what has set him back from reaching his full potential.

  5. Everyone that wants him gone in FA without a S&T, what’s your plan after that? Just be a 6-8 seed until Kawhi and Harden leave?

  6. What’s PG’s trade value? We as fans have been disappointed with his performance jn playoffs, but he is a capable two-way and played in the ASG last year. Do you guys think we can get multiple FRP plus whatever else for him?

  7. Yup I know many Clippers fans saying but Kawhi doesn’t play.

Yet, this man can’t even perform like a damn good player. Not even all-star we are asking for just good. If he performs good the Clippers win many playoff games even without Kawhi. So stop it. PG simply hasn’t performed and will not perform in playoff basketball.

    Let him walk.

  8. i know people say they cant blow it up because of the new areana, just blow it up and leave kawhi as a vet for the young guns

  9. pg is my favorite player of all time but its time to go. 213 will have a special place in my heart for sure

  10. PG isn’t gonna be the guy to bring us a championship. That’s been made clear. The front office has a lot of work to do if we’re going to be competitive next year — with or without PG.

  11. sounds about right probably gonna see what he can get and then see if the clippers will be willing to match imo

  12. Clippers are going to sign him for a max, run it back for one year and hope he keeps his trade value. There isn’t much of an alternative. You can’t get good value back in a sign and trade because they’re over the second apron. Teams also NEVER get back good value in a sign and trade in the modern NBA. You can’t let him walk for nothing because they’re already over the cap. The only option is to give him what he wants and then try to trade him later. People who want to let the “young guns” play are silly. The young guns are not that good and if they were good, other teams wouldn’t have given up on them so fast. You don’t have your own picks either so being horrendously bad has basically no appeal.

  13. He belongs here with harden and Leonard and the rest of the crew who shuts down come playoff time. Team usually want players that show up to play
