Montero definitely is the most frustrating to watch this year, and doesn’t have a lot of ‘wow’ factor on defense. There’s a lot of problems in our hitting lineup. It feels like the team is, collectively, in a perpetual slump, and once or twice a month they have a breakout game, then it’s back to absolute terrible plate discipline across the entire team. One or two guys might have some decent consistency for a week or two (McMahon, Doyle, Blackmon) then go stone cold. Hi Tovar.
Rockies trainers can’t develop talent or consistency for shit.
