The entire AFC south is wild, The Texans at 5 is laughably overrated, The Colts are okay but are probably 4 spots too high, the Jags at 25 is comical, and while the Titans are bad, they’re not patriots and Panthers tier bad by any shot.

Bears? Some of the teams ranked above the jags make sense bc they beat the jags (even if the jags beat themselves) like true Browns and Bucs. But the Steelers, Bears, Colts, Raiders, Commanders, and Jets… come on.
Texans are not as good as they’re being made out to be. CJ is great, but he’s likely not going to have as perfect of a season as he did his first year, and the additions they made are good, but not substantially better than what they had last season to propel them that high. They’ll be top half of the league, but not top 5, unless a lot of things go right for them.
Jags will also be at least top half of the league. Obviously this 25 ranking is laughable.
Last season was a bad year for us and a great year for them for the teams we had.
The Texans won the division because every other QB in the division got injured. The hype for them is insane.
