I also missed Manzardo’s debut yesterday with finals stuff, so excited to watch him tonight
Is there any concern of delay or postponement?

I’d like more David Fry playtime please
With kwan out, we have two many guys hitting way too close to the Mendoza line. Need things to start heating up here. How come fry can’t be a regular staple?
Bo and Manzardo back to back has real potential. Bo sees a ton of pitches and that could help Manzardo out. Plus Manzardo sees quite a few and that could wear a pitcher down.
I’ve been pleased with Flo leading off so far.

Why does Stephen Vogt hate David Fry
I like the lineup. Tough spot with Kwan on the IL but why has Fry been so infrequently starting? I feel like he’s one of our more consistent hitters and just sees far less opportunity than he likely should.
All these Fry comments, he has a .703 OPS against RHP which is right around a league average bat. And he doesn’t have a position. Manzardo has taken the 1B/DH spot away, it makes more sense to line up his odd catching day against LHP if possible, and if you chucked him in a corner you’re probably getting similar levels of hitting production to Brennan/Florial with worse defense and baserunning. Fry needs to be facing every lefty we see but he’s not an everyday guy.
With our anemic offense and best hitter going to the IL, Fry should be an everyday player but he’s lucky to get 2 games a week it feels like 😩
