But the need for a guy who can hit lefties is stronger I guess
I really hate giving up Hoopii
I’m happy, but please DFA Jonathan Hernandez too.
Grossman is also 5-8 with a .625/.625/1.375 line against JP Sears.

Now to grab Hedges and Monty
I don’t hate this, wish we could have Garver or at least hedges back too.
Kind of annoying considering we could have just signed him in march, but also prolly didn’t plan on Langford and Foscue being hurt, Duran not doing much either, etc.

This seems like a waste of resources. Hoopii is pretty highly rated by a lot of our beat writers and was really looking good at AA this year. Grossman is a below replacement level player that didn’t even sign until the season started. Surprised it took anything more than cash considerations to make this happen.
Now do Garvesauce
Does this have to do with Langford? Is he going to be out longer?

I was just thinking yesterday that it would be nice to have him back to face lefties with the way the rest of the team has been faring.
