Another NBA organization finds its new Head Coach [Charania] The Charlotte Hornets announce the franchise has hired Boston Celtics assistant Charles Lee as their new head coach. Lee has spent the last 11 years as a highly-respected assistant in Atlanta, Milwaukee and Boston.

1. We keeping our interim coach he is good at developing and also tanking.

2. I’d say Keefe is the most likely HC next year — if not him it’s going to be someone else from the OKC Thunder system we’ve never heard of.

3. I’ve said it all along, but if Keefe is the guy after an extensive search, I’m cool with it. But if they “know” it’s gonna be him and are just conducing interviews as some sort of a formality, then this whole situations sucks. Of course there’s a chance Keefe could grow into his role like Daigneault in OKC, but this is the Wizards. If it is Keefe, then we’ll be doing the whole coaching search again in a couple of years. I’m not optimistic.
