I’ll never forget the game vs Arizona when he played fullback. Blew up JJ Watt and then caught a first down pass
Wow I wonder why. He was still impactful on special teams and you could trust him to step in at WR in a pinch
I can only see two reasons why he’d be cut. He was either the least talented WR in that room (unlikely but possible) or he asked to be cut so he could try his hand elsewhere and potentially go for a starting role. Sean and Les have usually been player friendly guys and have been willing to let guys go for next to nothing for the good of the player
