Rengifo’s bad base-running and getting caught to get the 3rd out in the 4th inning was rookie. Javier was melting down and who knows how many runs the Angels could have gotten out of him before that nonsense. SMH.
They played a good game! Fulmer was not ready for a leverage moment. The Astros still have an excellent lineup. You can’t pitch to Tucker or Alvarez. Those two are beasts. I’m still seeing progress.
Ohtani’s dedication to his game will continue to drive him to be an elite 2-way player until the day he really can’t do it anymore, I find this report from Boob is another typical Boob blooper, nothing makes sense and nothing to be taken serious about, seriously.
I think it's time Perry needs to make a move for a reliever. Even if it's bringing someone up front the farm. Why not recall Tyler Thomas from SLC. He was also dominant in spring training.

Angels need pitching. Starters have been fine, but knowing them, I don't think it will last. Hope I'm wrong. Bullpen definitely needs to be addressed.
The baseball IQ of Regnifo, Ward , Adell and Moniak is not good. Be smarter. Horrible baserunning. Ward holding the ball at the end of the game. Very frustrating. Estevez is not a closer.

Tonight’s loss breaks down to Fulmer throwing a fat pitch on a 2-0 count to Singleton. It happens. I am becoming more impressed by these guys every day. They play with a lot of heart. I know what the Astros record is and believe me they will be in the playoffs. If our team continues to play this way we will be in the playoffs. I have enjoyed the last few weeks. These kids are finding their way. Quit complaining and get behind them! I think we are going to like the way this turns out. Let’s win tomorrow!
