  1. I’ve been positive and optimistic about the dodgers recently but this game was absolutely pathetic. Not one single good thing to say about this one. Shameful performance.

  2. I don’t know about you guys, but I like it better when the Dodgers win

  3. Losing games is one thing but losing and not even being competitive is another. Offense needs to figure something out because the frequency of these games where they don’t even show up is trending in the wrong direction.

  4. This team has no chance at a championship if the coin flip offense lands on cold in October again. Friedman has serious work to do because the bottom of the lineup is a joke

  5. Yeah that was definitely one of the most frustrating losses of the season, felt like a postseason game.

  6. That was a lot of games in a row. I think an off day is going to do them a lot of good.

  8. disappointing performance to say the least. but i’ll give them a pass, the off day is much needed tomorrow. playing 13 consecutive days is a lot. hopefully they come out looking refreshed on friday.

  9. 13 games in 13 days. Let’s take the day off tomorrow and come back better on Friday.

  10. When this team’s bad, they’re real bad. They served us full Lobster party today. Yeah, they will need that rest day. See you guys on Friday

  11. Time to rethink the batting order. RISP is an issue. I would tinker with 1. Betts 2. Freeman 3. Ohtani 4. Teo 5. Max 6. Will 7. Lux 8. Pages 9. Outman/Heyward/CT3.

Will as great as he is, I don’t see him as an RBI guy. Freddie had a 100 RBI last year but he is better suited setting the stage with slap singles and doubles. Let the big guns Ohtani, Teo and Max try and drive in runs. Let Will and Lux carry the mid/bottom of the line up.

  12. If this is a strategic move to play like hot ass against a div. rival in the reg. season to then psych em out in the nlds, then i guess it’s good they’re shaking things up.

  13. We’ve looked horrible the last couple of nights but in the big picture we went 7-6 in the 13 game stretch and 4-3 on the homestand. Not ideal but it definitely felt a lot worse than that. There were heavy signs of fatigue both physically and mentally so tomorrow will be a good reset.

We had a great hot streak and now it’s come back down to Earth a bit. It happens. Hopefully another series against the Reds in a hitter friendly ballpark will jumpstart the offense and get us rolling again.

Right now my biggest question is when Pages figures it out. The slump was inevitable but he’s been looking rough up there. I have full confidence he’ll get there but who knows how long it will take. He was such a difference maker in the bottom of the order, this team needs him to find his way back to that.

  14. With each and every game that we play against the Diamondbacks……..I want to know what we did to Christian Walker.

  15. Dodgers are now 11-9 against the NL West, 22-10 against everyone else. These dudes need to get more amped for these games, every team in this division gets hyped playing them and Doc seems to impart no urgency on this team.

  16. Man I was hype about going to this game and got some good seats at a good price just for this awful game smh wasn’t meant to have a good time ig

  17. This team is getting bounced again 1st round of the playoffs with this dogshit offense and AA bullpen

  18. Must they swing at every first pitch? Do they not know anything about wearing pitchers out? Keeping the momentum? Btw Freddie Freeman is not in a “slump” he’s just getting old.

  19. this was the first game I’ve gone to in ~15 years… I’ll try again in August 🥲

  20. Bad game after 13 consecutive days of games. Happens. Dodgers are just fine. On to the next!

  21. Dbacks fan here. Just wanna say thank you for the billion dollar shut out and series win. See you in the post season where Christian Walker will own your team once again.

  22. It’s been years since I left a game early but honestly tonight I just couldn’t handle it after Smith was pinch hit for.

  23. I don’t know I know it’s early and all, but this is the 2nd slump this team has been on so far in this early portion of the season. This is why I am so frustrated. Freddie is great, but he may be slowing down. Ohtani can’t do it all when Mookie and Freddie are slumping and the bottom of the lineup is just.. not good. I want to remain optimistic knowing guys like Muncy, Phillips, and Bobby are coming back soon.. but there are more problems that need to be solved even with them. Let’s go boys, snap out of it !! 💙
