Wemby is NBA’s BEST PLAYER Under 25!? San Antonio Spurs News

Victor wama is the NBA’s best player age 25 and under yes no [Music] maybe what is up San Antonio Spurs fans welcome to TSR Sports what a great week for Wendy first the first rookie ever all defense first team and I got to think he’s the youngest player also right but also what I came across this morning on pounding the rock courtesy of the ringer they named Victor wama the best player age 25 and under so let’s get into the Articles first fans the 2024 Conference finals are here and for the first time since 2005 almost 20 years neither LeBron James Kevin Durant or Steph Curry are still playing a passing the torch for sure right now not only that but of the four teams remaining each team’s base of the franchise is 26 or younger the ringer ringer least its annual rankings for its 25 best players 25 and under and that’s there’s a new face at the top Spurs rookie Victor wenyama on a scale of 1 to 10 they ask their panelists to rate players in the following categories current performance the current quality of the players overall game future performance where the player’s overall game will be in 5 years gets the people going Charisma and Mark ability is this players is this player appointment viewing are you going to set a time aside to watch Wy would your niece or nephew want to buy their shoes and as going through this you see Wy checks all these off in big ways intangibles of all the qualities a team executes and looks for an a player leadership injury risk history reliability does this player get it and then fun foundational qualities can you build a franchise around the players game how adaptable is it in the end ver fans whimy came in first overall with 48.1 out of 50 points in let in future performance intangibles and foundational qualities so before we get into the rest of the article the players that were ranked behind him Wy 1 Anthony Edwards 2 SGA 3 Luca donic 4 Tyrese Halbert and five do you kind of agree with that or do you think maybe not time will tell reasons for Hope for Wendy literally everything including in annuals we already know Wendy is an elite shop blocker yes he led the league block shots should have been the defensive player of the year too we know that right first fans who can guard by positions who can handle the ball like a guard who can shoot and pass and drive and do all sorts of things we’ve never seen before from a guy who stands 7 fo4 cool but consider everything else we’ve learned he cares he works he loves the game he’s confident as heck but strikingly humble he seems like a great teammate and a joy to be around and that’s all in year one Spurs fans reasons for doubt only two things can possibly deril or diminish wenyama both out of his control well one sort of me you can kind of control it in a way injuries and the roster is he a bigger injury risk because of his height and build and the way he moves of course he is we’ve talked about this on the channel players his size generally speaking don’t have a good history of longevity in the NBA but that doesn’t necessarily mean that he’s not we haven’t seen anything like him before as for the roster I trust the Spurs trust the process to build the right team around him just as they did for Tim Duncan multiple times over and in closing bold prediction I’m not sure any prediction for Wy will sound bold given the potential we’ve already seen but here it goes he’s winning at least three MVPs three defensive player of the years and three championships uh three MVP sounds about right I think he’s going to set the record for most DPO Y and W’s going to win five defensive player of the years as far as championships at least three I I have the floor at three it’s going to depend the roster and his health of course and the ceiling seven that’s right I said it I think over the next 12 years if he becomes the the player that we think he can 25 to 30 points per game 12 to 15 rebounds per game four to six assists per game four to five blocks per game chip throwing about a steal and a half per game if he just stays healthy and I think he will he’s really dedicated to taking care of himself he you just hear him talk just incredible young man to listen to he’s he’s putting it all together at such a rapid Pace it’s just going to be the roster that’s around him so Spurs you guys really need to make sure we get the right guys around Wy because I said said it before the sky is a limit to do the things he does at his size just watching him the first year and watching along with you guys in the live stream just some of the stuff we did was like wow just wow as a 19-year-old rookie so that’s all I got first fans hopefully you’re having a wonderful day if you’re new to the channel we are an awesome I’d like to think we’re an awesome San Antonio Spurs Community we go live for all the games we do news updates like this analys videos what have you if you’re a regular here or new drop a comment down below do you agree is he the best player age 25 and under already after his rookie season of course you like help support the Channel please hit the thumbs up it helps more than you ever know that’s all I got thank you and as always 1. He’s the first rookie to get the first team and he’s the youngest to do it the last player to get a defensive team was Duncan 2nd team

  2. That would be Ant Man at 22 yrs. VW hasn't really hit his ceiling yet. By the way, Ant man threw game 1 of the WCF's. I mean, throwing 2 passes into the Mezzinine section in 1 game??? Not attacking the basket, but heaving wayward 3 balls and deferring to his teammates to take shots. Obviously, he has a set agenda for doing so. We all know, Dallas is overmatched and if Ant Man wanted to, he could attack the basket everytime down court and make it or get fouled. But he isn't. He played like this was a pre-season game. Again, this is the WCF's and he is playing like a disinterested high schooler in game 1, at home? Yeah, I think the league had a little talk with him about making this series a little bit more competitive to make more $$$$$$$$$$$. Also, the refs granted the Celtics 30 FT shots to Indy's 10. The NBA is rigged, always has been. If I'm right, the Wolves take game 2 by 8 pts.
