So Treylon Burks is smooshed dog shit? Got it.
I don’t feel like DHop was aware of what he was saying. He’s been a great locker room presence, I’m not sure why he’d throw that away to take a dig at a young receiver.
Jesus christ. If your own teammate, let alone the veteran of your unit, can’t even give a bullshit answer on a softball question like this, you are *truly* cooked. Guess that lets us know what expectation we should have for Burks going into the season. Dude’s barely going to see the field.
Was he saying no to answering the question, no that people aren’t sleeping on Burks because he’s bad or no that people aren’t sleeping on Burks because anyone near him knows he’s good?
He also, later, said that Treylon Burks is the most athletic guy on the field, and that he’s excited for what Treylon is capable of this year.
Be better than this shit. I know Treylon is an easy target, but stop posting out of context bullshit to try and dunk on the guy.
Nuk most likely didn’t mean it the way it will be taken. But even if he did, it could be a motivation tactic.
I get why, but I’m so tired of hearing about Burks. Genuinely the player I care the least about this off-season.
For everyone in these comments not getting it I believe he’s saying the question is baiting for a negative response and he’s not interested in answering it. If he says yes he’s admitting the public believes treylon is ass and if he says anything else he’s then admitting everyone thinks he’s ass.

Watched this interview. In context, it was clear that Nuk meant the team isn’t sleeping on Treylon Burks. It reads as if he said the media’s view of Burks is accurate, but it was pretty clear in the interview that he wasn’t saying that.
DHop knew that was a lose-lose question and shot it down like a good teammate should, and is expected from a highly respected veteran in this league. Love it.
For those of you who are just seeing this, Dhop added a clarifying post today.
