    I get it, we have a bunch of cap space and two legit stars (one being an MVP candidate). Morey has also publicly stated he wants to add a star level wing. But idk if we need a new rumor everyday with one of these names randomly selected.

    They have made many of the wrong roster moves and are trying to climb out of a hole every preseason it seems.  

    Now the options are limited and Joel’s window of MVP level play could be gone in a blink of an eye because of his age and injury proneness.

  33. Every agent in the league is using the 76ers’ cap space as the “boogeyman” to get their clients’ teams to pay/extend their clients. It’s getting to be ridiculous. We are getting used like Penny Lane at a Stillwater wrap party.

  35. I don’t love a maximum extention, but honestly who’s proven to be more clutch than jimmy? Finals and ECF with that supporting cast was extremely impressive.

    As much as I’ve been against adding yet another max contract on the books, paying for it with draft picks instead of buying it outright in FA makes no sense

    Our tradeable picks + Reed and Council if needed could easily turn into the bird rights of 3 ascending players on favorable contracts which could allow us to spend seriously in FA by adding another max (since he has such a hard on for it) and quality/above minimum vet depth
