Buddy Carlyle, the coach who helped Detmers work through his issues last time (2022), is now with the Rays as of November 2023.
Maybe bring up Joyce? We won’t need a 5th for over a month
So sad. He had a tremendous start to the season and completely fell apart

I actually see this as a good thing, the dude has insane potential and just needs to find himself again.
It’s crazy that the Rays got the guy that fixed him last season. If you hear the Rays are interested in one of your guys, that means you have something. Don’t let him go
Before Suarez? Fuck Washington! He was supposed to help but he’s just the same as the other coaches we’ve had before him
Hopefully we see Kenny Rosenberg soon too.

Man wtf happened to Detmers? Fell off the face of the earth and barely looks like a big leaguer anymore
And he was talking about winning 20 on one of those baseball shows earlier this year. Dude had the attitude that he had it all figured out. Big mistake, This game is humbling
