Do you agree? (via Pro Football Network)

  1. It’s close, another deep playoff/super bowl run Zac Taylor passes Gregg imo, but I agree with this

  2. Outside of a near-Belichek tenure as HC, is there ANYTHING Taylor can fo to eclipse Paul Brown? Legit question.

  3. Swing by the game day thread when the Bengals are losing. You’ll get some different opinions there, lol.

  4. Record as a head coach (playoff record)

    Paul Brown 48-36-1 (0-3)

    Forrest Gregg 32-25 (2-2)

    Zac Taylor 37-44-1 (5-2)

    Sam Wyche 61-66 (3-2)

    Marvin Lewis 131-122-3 (0-7)

  5. Interested to see the offense this season with Taylor stepping back and letting Pitcher take the reigns. Taylor is an undoubtedly stellar player/culture coach, but I think he outplayed himself sometimes. Definitely my favorite coach of my lifetime

  6. I’m going to be a hater: Paul Brown gets too much credit as a *coach* for the Bengals. He founded the team, which makes him a legend, but he was HC for eight seasons and has as many playoff wins as Marvin Lewis.

And please save me the “but if Greg Cook had been healthy…” what-if scenarios. We’re talking about what actually happened on the field.
