  1. Nick Dunn has slashed .414/.472/.640 over his last 33 games in AAA with… 8 strikeouts.

He’s 27 and not on the 40-man. Do we really need Crawford, Fermin, AND Carpenter?

  2. Definitely missing this one as I have a 4 hour drive home ahead of me but man Ryan Helsley breaking a Cardinals franchise record with 25 consecutive saves is beyond impressive. Dude’s lights out 98% of the time I’d put him up against *any* MLB closer.

  3. Now they’re saying Arenado got an injection to help with nerve irritation after that groundout yesterday and they’re not clarifying if it’s right vs. left forearm.

    They should probably IL him…

  4. I’ve found a lot of encouragement in the fact that the young core have been the ones carrying the team this year. With Goldschmidt and Arenado on the decline, the young guys are proving they are fully capable of winning on their own.

  5. Burly’s homer against Hicks is so fun to watch back cause you can watch the baseball the entire time it’s in the air until it lands over the wall.
