so Brandon auk is back in the Bay Area meeting with the 49ers today apparently according to Adam schfer via Ryan Clark which is interesting because I remember when Debo Samuel was having all of his contract disputes Kyle Shanahan basically said hey once I meet with Debo it’s a rep like we’re good I’m not worried about it but nothing like that has been said for Brandon auk and so Brandon auk is not getting the money that He is wanting or the years the guarantees the annual salary whatever it is and so he’s meeting with the 49ers but he’s meeting with them well before training camp I mean we’re still not even in Jal yet we still got a few days so the question now becomes what if he meets with them and they don’t get a deal done or he leaves disgruntled like I think you initially when you look at it or at least I did I was like oh this is a good thing they’ll get a deal done it’ll be perfect but what if they don’t come to terms normally these negotiations happen between the agent and the team they don’t happen between the player and the team so the fact that the team or excuse me the player is stepping in with the team to have individual conversations especially this early means that things are kind of crazy but if they don’t come come to terms does Brandon iuk go into that meeting knowing that hey I’ve got a hard stance I’m going to ask to get traded at the end of this thing is that a possibility I don’t know I mean I think the easiest way is to look at it positively for sure just say hey you know what this is a meeting that they’re going to get they’re going to come to an agreement and everything’s going to be good but if they don’t then where do we stand so something to pay attention to I’m curious to see what wording what phras comes out of this was it a positive meeting and they still didn’t come to a deal but at least they’re getting closer because right now everything seems every report is they’re so far apart so maybe it’s like hey they came to an understanding they’re going to work feverishly to get a deal done before training camp type situation that would be good maybe they just get the deal done that would be better maybe just maybe Brandon iuk leaves disgruntled after meeting with the team he finds out they are very serious about the stance they’re taking and maybe the Team figures out Brandon auk is serious about the stance he’s taking too so mostly good things but possible negatives coming out of this if they don’t reach some sort of agreement or at least an understanding that they’re going to continue to hammer out a deal and that they’re close so pay attention to the wording over the next 48 hours and how this meeting goes I’ll be curious tell me your thoughts down in the comments comment section
