under green 5 and2 with a 335 erra that opponent average of 198 is fifth best in the National League the only pitcher since 1901 to allow fewer than two runs per nine innings in his first five starts against an opponent only to see his team lose all five starts and there’s ball four that’s 38th walk of the Season Allowed by hunter green Reynolds hitting 357 on his 21 game hit streak hunter green who got sick during the course of his last start when he battled the incredibly hot conditions after the game said he thought he overhydrated just had a similar scene of about with illness see what impact this has on hunter green Reynolds lifts one to deep right field Brian Reynolds clears the deck with a cannonball to give the Pirates a two nothing lead and he’s got a 22 game hit streak an amazing run for Reen continues home run number 13 for Reynolds made a mistake with it in the way Brian Reynolds swinging the bat right now he made him pay outside ball for tles works the one out walk and Nick Gonzalez is coming to bat and look who’s taking off for second base uncontested Rowdy tles steals second first in two years for Rowdy one of the slowest men in Major League Baseball and a line drive base hit in to right for Nick Gonzalez and rowy tles headed home the throw to the plate not going to get him Nick Gonzalez after Ry tles steals his fourth career base and it looks like right now there’s some frustration going on with hunter green out there on the mound three nothing Pirates High Fly center field Fairchild has it red Reynolds stays hot green has to grind and gives up three Pirates have won Keller’s last five starts against the Reds and factor into the decision either starter factored into the decision when Keller and green met in Pittsburgh India had himself a nice night last night so he works a walk now D La Cruz locked in of his last 22 hits 11 have gone for extra bases India goes pitch tailed in troubl on the transfer and shades it what the Pirates did against Green India swipes second on Keller his seventh steel rolled the second Nick Gonzalez India takes third one down now jamer candle are and a swing it a bounc it right back to the mound India coming to the plate the shovel and called out thought he slid under the tag of grandall grand do got his left foot down it looked like India wasn’t able to get to the plate with his left hand on a fielder’s Choice saving a run it’s still 3 nothing bounce right side oh nice pick Dick Gonzalez beautiful play three outs three nothing lead love it three straight hits this is the most off that hunter green has seemed in some time here’s Edward varis Bing with the Bas is loaded nobody out Pirates have hunter green on the ropes this is into shallow right dropping quickly that gets down an RBI single for olivaris Station to Station and look at this look at O’Neal Cruz coming home that’s the way you play baseball heads up O’Neal Cruz boy this is ugly it is five to nothing Pirates five straight singles to start this third inning one out and brond doall is coming up lines to center field steuart Fairchild back this is going to bring home another run brond doall sack fly tles comes in six nothing here’s Michael a Taylor check swing seemed to go no appeal needed strike three at the pl the Pirates have scored three more and they have taken a commanding six nothing lead over the Reds one down here’s Stewart Fairchild first pitch chop love comes off for tles Fairchild able to get get through threw it so wild it tore the glove off of the first baseman Rowdy tellz I don’t know that I’ve seen that before E6 an error a hit by a pitch and a walk that’s a pretty good recipe to begin a rally Bas is loaded one out for jamer candelerio swing and a miss he struck him out he threw 98 right past him 98 from Keller that’s a huge strikeout right there to get the second out of the inning here with the base is loaded now steer their top RBI man right there foul tip struck him out Mitch teller leaves the Bas is loaded six nothing through three hunter green is done he leaves on the hook Sunday was last we saw Buck farmer against Boston maned first that’s Gonzalez triolo hitless in two tries tonight driven to left field line drive and it is a line drive home run for Jared triolo he clears the deck the big tree with his fourth home run and the Pirates take an eight nothing lead Jonathan India is on with a leadoff walk now Ellie David Cruz standing in David Cruz first pitch to Center Taylor the dive it gets by India through second claims third D La Cruz up to Second takes it standing and it’s a double for Ellie De La Cruz that makes 12 of his last 23 hits going for extra bases now jamer candelerio standing in first pitch chop Runners break they concede the score Gonzalez flips to first Indi AC crosses r on the board it’s 81 now Spencer steer bat hard ground ball Fair De La Cruz score steer shoots up to Second rles gathers in the corner couple of doubles in the inning couple of runs for the Reds it’s 82 Tyler Stevenson batting with sear at second base and two outs driven to right lavaris curling Corner misses the ball against the wall steer scores Stevenson through second Cruz eats it Stevenson slides in safely a three spot on the fifth it’s 83 aleris just missed this ball he went a long way to get it scored a triple for Tyler Stevenson his first of the year the third of his career center field Taylor three extra base hits in a three-run inning we go to the sixth it’s 8 to3 Pittsburgh back to back walks have put two on rowy toes standing in now Michael a Taylor sprinting home home throw to the plate going to be close he is safe Michael a Taylor slapped that hand in there just before Stevenson applied the tag and the Pirates lead 93 IND he is down at second two men are out s to Center Taylor picking up speed off his glove India rounds third he scores Taylor Cruz ripping for third he’s got it standing 94 and what could very well be a three basee air on Michael a Taylor I mean he was there hit him right in the glove and he just dropped it when one eye goes to the fence the other eye goes to the fence and then you lose track of the ball we saw it earlier with oliveras we see it here with Michael a Taylor so now candelario first and third nobody out bounce to Cruz India home double play Reds get a run at the expensive 2 out 95 brings up Spencer steer now the Reds will send out out Levi Jordan to the on Deck Circle he would bat for Frey it’s bounced and off the glove of Gonzalez even if he had gloved it I’m not sure there was a play tles went so far to his right Fleming wasn’t quick off the bound I agree bring up Levi Jordan who made his major league debut and got his first big league hit last night is double in the sixth inning and Josh Fleming gets the last out the Pirates they beat the Reds tonight nine to five and even it up

Let’s go b-ray
I wish theyd break out and go on a little win streak. 4 or 5 games. Just once this year. Separate themselves from the 3 other teams that are basically tied with them. Show something that makes us think you can actually make a run in October. Thats alot of wishful thinking, I know. One can dream though.
They could break out if Shelton would quit taking his best bats out of the line up and trade for a couple more
We could have 5 Skenes and it wouldn’t matter.
