Chicago Cubs and Jed Hoyer could SELL at the MLB trade deadline | CHGO Cubs Podcast #mlb #shorts

Ryan Herrera here with your penro selts update from American Family field in Milwaukee the Cubs dro the series opener to the Brewers 42 same script as usual the last couple months where the offense just can’t muster up enough runs to make up the difference they’re now 11 and a half games back in the NL Central and five games back in the NL Wild Card but the biggest revelation of the day is Cubs president of baseball operations Jad Hoyer basically not ruling out selling at next month’s trade deadline on April 26th the Cubs were 17-9 and look to be in good position position to actually buy when the trade deadline came around now they are 38 and 45 they are falling down the standings and Jed Hoyer who wants to do anything but sell at the deadline has not ruled that out now there’s still some time left a few weeks left in the season the Cubs do need to turn things around something needs to change with this team quickly otherwise Jed Hoyer might be forced to actually sell at the trade deadline

If the Cubs keep falling down the standings, selling at the deadline isn’t off the table.
