Awesome value signing. Needed a change of scenery from the underperforming hell hole that is Ottawa. Should be better with a leadership group on the team that expects high performance.

This is a really smart signing. Brannstrom was the center piece of the Mark Stone trade and just never did well in Ottawa. Its a HUGE amount of upside for basically the league minimum.
This is why we have the best management team in the league
brannstrom, malinkski, and de hann… battling for the 5/6 dman slots.
I’ve got a feeling malinkski is going to get sent down if he doesn’t play regularly.
