Hurricanes all of that on a Wednesday edition of lock on hurricanes [Music] your locked on hurricanes your daily podcast on the Carolina hurricane part of the locked on podcast Network your team every week Monday through Friday talking everything about your Carolina Hurricanes I’m your host Zack Martin I am the Carolina hurricane beat writer over at the hockey Riders I also do some ASL coverage over at the CER times I’m the coast of the search cast which is a weekly Carolina Hurricanes podcast along with all of my duties here at locked on Hurricanes got a very exciting Wednesday episode for everyone as I said at at the top of the show that we get to listen to the Sha Walker media availability and see what he talked to with the ke’s media on Tuesday afternoon via Zoom get to hear from himself and see you know just talking anything that you know why he chose Caroline and what what his career path was we also get to Deep dive into Shen gossip Spar once again as he comes back for his second St with the hurricanes and I know we kind of talk about the Jacob slaven contract on Tuesday show but now we get to dive a little bit more into that and what it means for the Hurricanes moving forward but before we get into all that today’s episode is brought to you by game time down the game time app create an account and use code locked on anel for $20 off for your first purchase terms apply so we are going to start off talking about Shawn Walker and what it means for the 29-year-old Kenwick Ontario native as he’s now with the Carolina Hurricanes for the next five seasons with his uh8 million and the AE is $3.6 million per season and it’s only going to take up 4.09% of the cap and Shawn Walker coming over from playing with the Philadelphia Flyers last season for 63 games where he had 22 points and then with the Colorado Avalanche for 18 games where he got seven did play 11 playoff games with the Avalanche but didn’t register any points he also had you know his first five seasons were with the Los Angeles Kings from 20189 all the way through the 2022 23 season or his best season points wise goals and assists all came in the 201920 season where he had five goals 19 assists for 24 points in 70 games and the good thing about Shawn Walker is the fact that you’re looking at a Brett peser replacement and the fact that he’s where he gets a lot of his Prim or primary ice time on the even strength and more so the py kill and he’s also able to play on the second power play if needed but you definitely see someone who’s going to be doing a lot of the pill and kill I know Daniel Wagner uh good friend of the show asked you know on social media who would be that PK guy for the Carolina Hurricanes to help out in terms of that alongside Jacob slavman who would be other the other guy to get help out with that and for me I think that’s Sean Walker and if you look at the how he’s kind of scouted wise his penalty kill is well above in the high 80s if you’re looking at the zero to 100 range way high 80s round 88 889 a really good place where it needs to be you know defensive Zone starts about 85 his I his hockey IQ is really really good really good skaing as well does have some Puck movement so that definitely helps out the Hurricanes as well and he does have some offensive merits to his game he is a two-way defenseman but does kind of lean towards the defensive side of things but the the one thing that’s really sneaky for him is the fact that he does have the pace to lead the rush on occasion and can add an extra layer of off of offense so that’s gonna be something that the hurricanes are going to be beneficial from when it comes to Shawn Walker and what he can bring to his game with that yeah he might be your next you know help in addition on the penalty kill but he can also be that top pair right side defenseman if you want to put him with Jacob slaven where yeah you have your two-a defenseman and Shawn Walker he’s not you know be putting up a lot of points like Brent Burns but a guy who can really stretch the pass can really create offensive rushes and stuff like that so that’s more of like your two-way defenseman who plays a little bit of Defense but also has that offensive upside to counteract Jacob slavin’s you know stay at home defense and what he can do as well and might give Brent Burns a little you know not as much ice time kind of give him a little bit of a breathing room to you know not be used as much so having addition like Shawn Walker I think is a really good benef it’s really good benefit for the hurricanes and like I said with the contract they has we’re looking at 3.6 over the next five years it’s safe to say you can get yourself a Shawn Walker Jersey and really enjoy what this guy can do so without further Ado we’re actually going to go over to the media availability that the Hurricanes had with Shan Walker big shout out to Kane’s PR um for you know being able to let us use the clips and stuff like that so without further Ado listen to Sea Walker and his media availability with the canes press on Tuesday afternoon talking about his journey into the NHL and why he chose the Carolina Hurricanes uh go ahead Corey hey Sean uh welcome to Carolina first of all um what made this a a good fit for you I know you’ve you’ve bounced around a bit over the last year year I’m sure you were looking for stability but why um why Carolina thank you yeah um you know I think the style of play is really going to fit what I can bring to a team um you know aggressive fast the de is up in the play um and I think that’s something that I have in my game so you know when the opportunity arose I thought it was a great opportunity for me and um you know what a place to come play and the team’s so competitive I’m really really looking forward to not playing against all those guys anymore so I think it’s going to be a great fit and I’m really excited chit he Sean welcome to Carolina uh just wondered if you could just discuss your path in hockey I mean you’ve gone from the New Market hurricanes now to the to the Carolina Hurricanes through Bowling Green and being undrafted and and you know getting a chance through the Kings just what’s it been like for you the last 10 or 12 years yeah definitely uh probably one of the more unconventional paths to the NHL um but like you said I played for the Hurricanes um near my hometown Junior a um I was undrafted to the ol um out of minor hockey so I actually went and played the year Junior c as well before that um so I did Junior C Junior a was lucky enough to do well get my scholarship to Bowling Green um never had any real interest um from NHL teams and then had pretty good junior year um got an advisor to kind of helped me out and uh had a good senior year and then was luckily able to connect with some BG alumni and Rob Blake and Nelson everon in LA and they uh you know gave me an opportunity and the miners there um again it was a great fit for me there lots of opportunity at the time and uh kind of took it and ran with it and then was was given the opportunity to make the jump to the NHL level and you know got got to learn and be around such great players that won and um really helped me develop into the person and player I am now so yeah it was a little Whirlwind there and then uh you know some injuries and stuff came up some people took some nice time um and then you know a trade to Philly was really a second chance for me and to show the league that um you know I can still really play in this league and be effective and it was a a really great opportunity I’m really thankful for that gibby yeah Sean is a bulling green graduate congratulations and welcome aboard just what what uh what is the outside perception of the hurricane organization as you as you know now you join it but what when you played against it what was the perception of the Hurricanes organization I mean obviously the organization is you know got a winning history and um you know I think it’s just it’s it’s always been a really really tough team to play against for me so um you know I think everybody around the league knows how good the team is and um they’re going to have we’re going to have a chance to win I think every year so um I’m really like I said I’m really excited to be on the other side of it now and help the team win as best I can and hopefully we go on a run next year and you kind of touched on a little bit just just how does your game factor in the way you play into the the way that that rod runs his system yeah you know I think I’m a pretty pretty good skater and um definitely offensive minded um so I know you know from playing with against Carolina you know they’re always trying to score as many goals as possible and uh you really noticed that and I I think that’s something that I can bring to the team as well um but at the same time I feel like I’ve really grown um with my defensive game um you know definitely was trusted a lot more this year and I think that helped me grow and be more reliable on the back end for sure appreciate thanks Sean appreciate it well thank you hey Sean welcome to the organization uh looks like you were previous teammates with brenon lemie do you know anybody else here or have any other Connections in the organization nope just Brendan so uh we’re going to connect I I’m going to have to give him a call here soon in the next couple days he can give me all the inside scoop but U I’ve heard nothing but great things about everybody there um Jacob slaven obviously we have the same agent so um again I I’ve just heard amazing things about everybody um I I think it’s going to be a great fit so I’m I’m really looking forward to getting down there and building relationships with everybody Cory so your agent’s done pretty well with Tom over the last couple days as is what you’re saying yeah I think he’s I think he’s done pretty good I think both sides are happy that’s for sure you’ve talked a bit about how you think the style suits you um you know covering the team we’ve seen guys come in that are like you very talented you know Bren Birds Demetri oloff and it took them some time it seemed like to adapt a bit and I know you know you said it suits you but what kind of learning curve do you think there is for you playing a system that is becoming more popular around the league but is pretty unique at the same time yeah um you know there’s obviously going to be some learning and um you know I I’ve been talking with coaching staff over the last two days already so that’s something that we’ll go over and get the video down um there is going to be a little transition period I’m sure but I hopefully hopefully not too much and you know I I like to think of myself as pretty coachable and a quick Learners learner so I think I could step in and you know hopefully it’s seamless um but again you know there’s such good players around there and stuff that will be able to help me and the coaching seems unbelievable as well so if I have any questions I feel like it it should be an easy pivot and I’m looking forward to the challenge for sure chip yeah Sean I guess this is the second summer that you’ve been traded uh and I guess the first one might have been a little tougher for you with the Kings the team that gave you a chance to break in do you think going through that last year will help you in the transition this year as far as getting settled quickly or making any changes for the new team yeah I think so you know um obviously I was I was lucky enough to be with LA for five years there so I really hadn’t gone through that before um but you know I I had a great experience both times I was moved this year when I went to to Philly at first you know the team welcomed me um it was really seamless and they gave me a great opportunity to play there as well and then again when I got traded to Colorado um you know everyone was just so nice and they make you feel welcome right away and I I really think we do have the best kind of athletes and everyone’s such good people that they make that transition so so easy for everybody so um you know me and my wife are are both really excited to meet the group and everybody and um like I said I think my style play fits the group as well so I I hope the transition is as easy as possible Gibby yeah Sean everybody talks about how how how good it is to play with Rod play for Rod Brena or just are you looking forward to that as he reached out to you and and what do you think it’s going to be like playing for for a future Hall of Famer in a coach that’s that’s well likeed so much without thout the league absolutely um you know we we chatted yesterday already and I think immediately I was ready to get down to Carolina and get things started um yeah you know again you just hear nothing but good things and how the players want to do anything for them and for for their teammates so I’m really excited the culture that’s been built there and um the team seem so close so again I think it’s going to be a great fit um you know I’m excited to be on a team that has a chance to win um so it’s it’s going to be really exciting year and I’m I’m really excited and happy to be coming big thank you to KES Pier for doing that and big props to Shawn Walker just being able to take the time to meet with the can’s media and just being able to kind of give an Insight of who he is as a player and the fact that already like he hasn’t even like put on a cane sweater yet and you’re already excited about seeing what this guy can do and the fact that he’s here for the next five seasons already talking to you know you know he’s already got conne with Brandon Lemieux obviously you know he’s got that connection with Jacob S through their agent and already talking to Rod berore of course you know it’s it’s no surprise that he’s already excited to play for him because that’s what you get with Rod brandamore is the fact that it’s a you will run through a brick wall for that guy so it’s definitely very exciting for Shawn Walker to be a Carolina hurricane now you got him for the next five seasons if you want a walker Jersey you’re not GNA have any issues getting that I me curious to see what the hurricanes are going to do with them in terms of you know where the PK is going to be at where is he going to be on the top six and like he even said too it’s going to be a learning curve and you see that a lot with the guys who are really used to the system especially how you know not even just how rod bmore wants to run it but also Tim Gleason to the defense coach so it’s GNA be very interesting to see what you know gleon can do with Walker on you know even strength for the defense and also on the penal kill so definely be fun and exciting to watch now we did go talk about Shane gosar now he’s back for his second s with the Carolina hurricanes and we will do that here in a second on a Wednesday edition of lockdown hurricanes guys we have to talk about game time and with game time is the authorized ticket Marketplace lowest prices guaranteed welcome back to a segment two of locked on hurricanes your team every day now like we at this said at the end of segment one we now get to talk about Shane gossip bear and how ghost or ghost bear or however you want to call him he is back for his second s with the Carolina Hurricanes you know his first s being in the 2223 season where he was a trade deadline acquisition from the Arizona Coyotes where he did play with the Carol hurricanes that year for the last 23 games of the Season where he got three goals and 10 points and in the playoffs he got three assists in 15 games last season he did play with the Red Wings where we get 10 goals and 56 points in 81 games like I said take out is minus 16 now with him he is going to be with the Carolina Hurricanes for the next three seasons on a threeyear $9.6 million deal which comes out to $3.2 million on the aav and is only going to take up 3.64% of the cap so that being said what does the former 78th overall in the 2012 draft by the Flyers and of course he’s 31 what does that mean for him and what can he bring to the Carolina Hurricanes now we all know what he already does bring to the Carolina Hurricanes it’s not going to much a surprise to a lot of people but for those who don’t really know very much of Shane go where I had a chance to watch him very much he is definitely a very heavy offensive defenseman so like how Shawn Walker was your Brett pesy replacement Shane gosis bear is your Brady Shane replacement in all things considered very very useful in terms of the power play you know when he’s looked at through cat friendley scouting he’s a 95 out of 100 on the power play Puck moving is an 89 shot is an 86 he can absolutely shoot the lights out of a barn like this guy he you easily talking about someone who could be like top five in shooting on at team if you really think about and the fact that yeah he’s not the most physical guy his defense is okay it’s not like the one you really want to focus on a whole lot so you know if you’re going to pair him with anyone you’re kind of hoping it’s like a it it works out of more of like maybe like a Jaylen Chatfield where it’s like okay chatty can really play some good could play some good defense and you know you can let Shane play on the offens and do more of an offensive game and that’s kind of what they did two seasons ago in 2223 that third pair you know it was mainly Calvin Dean and Jaylen chaplon for most of the season but then when the H Hurricanes got gossip spare it was Ghost and chatty for pretty much the rest of the regular season and the playoffs so you know that those two already have good chemistry together so let’s say you do slaven Walker Oraf Burns and then your third D pair is Ghost and shaffield that’s a that’s a great third pair if you really want to think about it and you already know it works so I think in terms of how you want to balance out Shan Gosa Bears very offensive heavy game War like you know he does have to do the stretch passes he’s got a great shot his G is really good his offensive zone starts is really high his hockey IQ is really up there in the high 80s as well and someone is really be useful on the power play He Is that TR transitional defenseman quick on the you know quick to get to space lead rushes you know it’s one of those things where yeah if you put him with Jaylen chaff field you know it’s going to work for that third pair so that’s what Shane gosses bear is going to be most likely for the Carolina Hurricanes is someone who’s going to be a lot of that power play specialist that you want now will he be power play one or power play two if it’s me I would kind of see him as more of the power play one special you know how bra Shay was in the playoffs for the Hurricanes you put ghost as your power play one defenseman then you can maybe go orov or Burns or however you want to do it for the for power play too but I would definitely say if you’re getting someone like Shane gopar and you got him lock up for the next three seasons I would put him against the power play one quarterback let him run it for just his offensive shot and awareness more than anything else and like I said you might put him in that third D pair with Jaylen shaffield and then then you just go off and run because you know it already Works they did it together two seasons ago now you give them a full season together and I think that’s something that’s really going to pop off for the Hurricanes is that you know you’re looking at a a really great top assist like I said you got you know slaven Walker orloff Burns ghost and Chatfield you’ll take that you’ll take that as your top six like I said that third deep here you already know it works together and putting gos Spirit on that power power play one group would be very good in terms of the fact you already know what he could do as a power play specialist and a good quarterback of that system so he’s got the pace he’s got the shot a great fit for the Hurricanes it’s good to see him back so you know I’m curious to see if he’s going to we 41 again because if he does then all the Hurricanes fans who already got gossip pair jerseys don’t really have to worry about getting new on since it’s since they already got them but it’s good to see him back I really liked when he was with the kanes the first time it kind of stinks that he wasn’t able to stay around after playing those you know regular season games and the few games in the playoffs but now we get three full seasons of shen gosip bear I think he’s going to fit in really well with the Hurricanes you get him a proper offseason where he gets to learn the system a little bit more because he already knows the system for the most part but now you give him a full offseason to learn it you got training camp and then you got the regular season as well and you got him for three years so I’m very excited to see what happens with the Shen gos be really glad that he’s back like I said for me you’re looking at you know a guy who’s going to play really well anywhere in the top six putting him with Chatfield on the on the third D pair would be really really good and give him that power play one specialist time I think that be huge for the special teams for the Carolina Hurricanes so now we get to talk about the man of the hour that was basically kicked off all of free agency and has one Jacob slaven in his contract extension and we will actually get to listen to the press conference from slaven himself where he met with the Carolina Hurricanes media back on July 1 when free agency kicked off we will get to that here in a second on a Wednesday edition of locked on hurricanes welcome back to a segment three of lock on hurricanes your team every day so like said at the end of segment to we now get to talk about Jacob slaven and get to hear about him through his availability that they have with the Hurricanes media and all that stuff back on Monday for the start of free agency so overall with Jacob slaven he does sign a contract extension with the Carolina Hurricanes you know the former 120th overall pick in the 2012 draft from you know er Colorado the 30-year-old you know he’s actually going to his last year of his previous deal that he signed back in July of 2017 when Ron Francis was with the GM and that was a seven-year 37.1 million deal that was $5.3 million now his contract that he’s going to start having next year which will take up 7.34% of the cap the deal is 8 years 51.6 69 million and that’s the AE of $66.46 million over the next you know eight years and you’re talking he’s going to be a UFA at the end of the 2032 33 season basically submitting Jacob slaven as a Carolina Hurricanes for life and it’s really great to see the fact that you’re going to have someone like him around for his entire career so it’s very very exciting obviously everyone knows who they going to give with Jacob slaven two-time Lan being winner you know someone who should have Norris Awards as well you you know one of the best defense he is the best defensive defenseman in all the NHL and like I said on Tuesday’s show when we talked about his extension I would not be surprised when it’s all said and done that 74 is going to be in the rafters so it’s very exciting to see Jacob slaven gonna be here for his entire career and you know just being able to you know cement more of his feet into the City and being able to help you know on and off the ice for the Carolina Hurricanes so without further Ado we’re going to move it over to the actual availability with Jacob slaven and all that so we get to hear from him specifically so without further Ado let’s hear let’s listen to Jacob slaven and his him talking to the Hurricanes media on Monday from the start of free agency questions for Jacob just please use the microphone when you’re ask a question before you can get started Jacob what what made this decision easy for you assuming you know you’re a year out from free agency um seemed like this was planned well before today just how I’m assuming it was an easy decision you made a life here and want to continue playing for this for this team yeah exactly I think uh We’ve definitely made a life here made a family here and um something that we’re extremely happy about um being here and now with the with the length of this deal being able to be here my whole career which is extremely exciting and um obviously I love this organization I love the city uh coaching staff management everything and so everything’s just been so great and it’s an amazing organization to be a part of and to be um a came hopefully for life is is extremely exciting go ahead CH Jacob you hear a lot about about players and and teams being good fits for each other organization you mentioned that a little bit but from the beginning it seemed like you were a good fit here in your mind why has that been that way um I think I mean from an organization obviously we have a lot of amazing people that have ran I mean even from the time I came here with Ron Francis being at the at the head and um and then obviously you bring in uh Rody as as head coach and as a couple years of my career here and so um just having having really good leadership here is one reason for it um but then you just look at the community um and and how this organization is a part of it I think that’s what makes it really um easy to make that decision to stay here forever and to be a good fit here is just is being with really good people go ahead Brian James since being drafted 2012 you know long career here long time of the organization how would you describe how you’ve grown as a person as a player since you’re time being in Carolina yeah I think there’s there’s a lot of ways I can answer that one um I think uh first I mean just as a person my wife and I we obviously we’ve made a life here um we love the community here we have such an amazing church family here and so one of the ways that I’ve grown as a person is just grown in my faith a lot um growing close in my relationship to God growing closer in my relation relationship to my wife and obviously having two kids now is uh extremely exciting and then um as a player uh just I don’t know U exactly how much my game has changed since I first came in the league I still try to play solid defense and and I think just more more confidence being out there and obviously just understanding the game what it takes to take care of your body I can’t have cookies every single night I might be able to have cookies five nights out of the week but not not every sing night but so just just understanding uh how to take care of my body more and just be a better Pro if you will go ahead jaob first off congratulation second we’ve talked in the past about you and your wife being able to help the community and really be there for Raleigh what does it mean that you get to kind of keep doing what you guys have already been doing both supporting the hurricanes and community on the ice but also being such a large part of Raleigh as a whole off the ice whether it’s fundraisers Chari that kind of stuff yeah I think um one of the things that we we’ve learned learned over the years and especially over the more over the past couple years is being able to have the the platform that God has given us and and using that while we’re in it and not just waiting for it to be done because once that once the career is over that platform is going to get smaller and so now being able to be here um for hopefully the rest of my career is is something that’s extremely excited but to be able to grow with the community is going to be great and be able to help impact with the community for better is going to be really cool um just joining with whether it’s local nonprofits whatever it is just finding what um God puts on our heart our heart to join and is going to be something that we can join into it’s going to be really really fun go ahead Cy ask you to I’m going to ask you to rewind a bit you it looked like you were close to going back to college for a third year and then you sign here and then you find yourself in the NHL so quickly could you did you envision anything like that when uh you you made the decision to turn pro that so quickly you become part of the NHL and here you are you know all these years lat yeah no it is uh it was pretty crazy to look back at that and um I think one of the things that comes to mind when I think about is just God’s faithfulness over my life and the timing that he’s had through so many different years of of my my life whether that’s in teenager years or signing and so um I think I remember having a conversation with my agent at the time just like yeah hopefully maybe in your third year year you might get some NHL time and then that first year came and um it was it was awesome but yeah it is it is really crazy to look back and it’s nothing that I would have ever envisioned but um again God’s just been so faithful throughout my marriage throughout my career and so it’s been really cool go ahead Ryan obviously today is also big day for your agency comes up you know you guys might not brought back as players you guys would like to I thinki also resigned how do you guys kind Envision you guys taking you know another step towards for the Stanley Cup kind of trying to balance while losing a lot of those core pieces that have as part of this group this R so long yeah it’s it’s never never fun to to see guys leave that you’ve been teammates with for long long time and you grow friendships but um also there it’s hockey and that’s part of it and so yeah hockey um but I think one thing that we that’s amazing about this organization this team this leadership group that we do have is we we’re a great culture to come into um guys are going to come in they’re going to feel at home right away they’re going to feel confident in how they play the game and and how we play the game and it’s it’s a very it’s it’s a lot of work but it’s it’s the right type of work to to play the game that we play and so it’s I don’t see this as a step back losing those guys it’s just it’s going to look a different Personnel but we still have the same same culture same identity um and same confidence moving forward Dennis knowing that teammates like Sebastian and Andre are signing for long term how much is that weigh in your factor into staying here I I would say a lot um I mean you see those guys what they can do on the ice and you know this is going to be a team that’s good for a really long time and so um obviously I would love to win to Stanley Cup one day and and that’s that’s a huge part part of it is being on a good team and so that’s what I have the opportunity to do here with this team with this organization Evan when you saw earlier in the season Justin Williams name go up I mean now that you have another eight years to even submit yourself further in this franchise is that something that you thought about at all during these negotiations during maybe thinking about becoming a hurricane staying a hurricane that your name could go up there with another eight years to keep boosting the your stats yeah I mean I think maybe maybe across my mind a little bit um but no I mean that would be super exciting there’s a lot of amazing names up there and so um really really solid players but I think if you look at all the names of the people up there and you’re just like they’re all awesome people too and so that that’s that would be really cool go ahead we talked about the lady bang during the season seemed like you probably would have ended up a little surprised yeah I was I was a little shocked y that you want did you use that as leverage in these negotiations oh yeah 100% find a nice day what what does that I I know that means a lot to you because it’s a it’s a character award it’s because it’s a character award about who you are as a player on the ice beyond your skills yeah it’s a it’s a huge character word for us and I mean I’ve said it before but just as a as a Christian hockey player that’s one that I love to win because it it reflects how I try to live my life on and off the ice ref um living with high integrity and High character and so as a as a Believer that’s what I want to do is represent Christ through everything that I do whether that’s on the ice or off the ice um and so to be able to win that award um not everyone else might not know it but in my heart I just I know that’s uh Christ being reflected through me last one you’ve already had to be a leader on the ice for this team but now with so many guys heading off different places whether how do you see your role change at all what do you is there more pressure for you to succeed and the even bigger role with the defense kind yeah no I I don’t think there’s there’s more pressure um I remember our chaplain had told me when Glenn wesy signed his big contract and how Glenn was a little worried that he’d have to change his game he’s and it’s just no like they’re not paying me to change my game they’re paying me to continue to do what I’ve been doing um and so I I don’t think there’s more pressure but obviously it is getting these new guys uh in the ropes in the routine of of how we play the game and and doing that quickly all right thank you the slavens and thank you all for coming today thank you guys big thank you to the Carolina Hurricanes for giving us Honestly for what we lost it could be worse still a back step from a year ago yes no question it is but how could it not be. Losing an entire line of Defense is not something that can be taken lightly but we did a serviceable job in potentially helping take the sting out of losing Skeji & Pesce. Don't sleep on Walker he is a solid option with some scoring ability and is a two way player. The GHOST wanted to come back and it is nice to see that so I welcome him back on the 3rd line barring injuries and help on the powerplay. Sidenote I agree depending on how much a 39 year Burns can play you could float Burns to the second line at times and decrease his mins as needed throughout the year.
Depth Chart: Defense 24 – Hurricanes
Line 1- Slavin/ Burns
Line – 2 Orlov / Walker
Line 3- Ghost / Chatfield
Extra: Smith RHD (acquired from Pittsburgh in 23 deadline w/ JG) / ????
