[Music] the Supreme Court has made it clear the president can do anything Supreme Court ruling 6 to3 I’ll give you a guess as to how that broke down uh United States president is immune from all official acts of business so official business like ordering the army that does something that kills thousands ah immunity uh they ruled that he is uh presumed immune or they are presumed immune for other official acts of business like trying to pressure a vice president not to certify election results in a bid to stay in power uh that’s a that’s presumed immunity unofficial acts you’re not immune from but what is an unofficial act no idea such a joke we’re in wacky times SC that it’s a joke wacky wacky times goodness gracious uh UNLV budget cuts hitting the campus there fresh off losing one of their biggest donors in the Engle stad Foundation the school announced they’re operating budget is dropping by 25% they’re also going to have to have a hiring freeze until September 1st academic and administrative employees going to see a 12% cost of living increase this year followed by an 11% cost of living increase next year they’re blaming it on that but the reality is they lost a massive donor over the past what six months we talked about on the show before that certainly doesn’t help so they’re going to make a lot of that Savings in uh supplies and building and grounds maintenance so when the hedges are a little overgrown at unlb no everybody collectively grabs bend down and grab those weeds there go yeah grab grab weed as you’re walking out yes just make sure you could do your part ah very exciting uh how about this uh the Bellagio going to give the Las Vegas Strip something it is severely lacking more retail MGM Resorts release plan thank goodness they’re not going to pave over it but you know that walkway that covered walkway you get the big Bellagio sign and then there’s a covered walkway that’s where this is going to end up going it’s going to overlook the lake there um I mean I see you know there bagio is one of those properties it’s so far away from the strip yeah there’s like nothing not if I was walking I’m not going to be like oh let’s walk all the way into the Bellagio it’s just another slot house at this I mean you know so I get what they’re doing smart idea it’s just going to be yet another thing that uh adds another CVS or something you know I was saying I need more discount Las Vegas shirts yeah right you may have noticed the Fantastic Sam’s hair salon locations in the valley closed well it turns out the owner Jamie Lawrence owes a ton to her employees the Nevada Department of Labor says she owes employees nearly two $20,000 rather in back pay two employees and she’s falling off the grid the Attorney General may have to take it over if she doesn’t address it which is super exciting uh the Karen Reed trial ended in a hung jury she was accused by police of backing into her boyfriend and leaving him to die but evidence and testimony were incredibly dubious leading many to believe her innocence including I think the both of USS I’m pretty sure it’s if you get deep into the weeds you’re like wait a second none of this makes any sense and why isn’t this person being questioned there’s a lot going on a lot of like buddy cops going on like hey wow a a Boston police officer inside the house is not coming out to see about the man that’s dead in his lawn weird and my thing is and because I was trying to explain it to uh to my husband and son last night yesterday and so I’m like yeah she called him 53 times she was trying to get a hold of him they’re like well that’s the play I’m like it’s not I’ve watched so many crimes that you have no they call once or twice and they leave loving messages not the one she was she was mad she was like why aren’t you home because all that does is implicate you in his murder but I just it the calling thing she called him 5 cuz she was you know setting her no that’s she was so mad that he wasn’t home that was one of my if she was a murderer you would expect her to call and say flowers hone honey I miss you that’s what they always do that’s trust me that’s the all all the killers do that I love you just just checking on you just murdered you literally just murdered you oh my god literally just murdered you actually might be the name of today’s show that was fast literally just murdered you very good uh yeah the Karen read things nut so they’re going to retry the case now here’s the deal there was a uh a trooper a Massachusetts state trooper Trooper Proctor this guy had her phone in state evidence and was texting friends letting them know despite the fact he did not have a warrant to do so he was scanning the phone trying to find nudes of her he’s been relieved of his duties but he is still technically a trooper still getting paid still getting benefits discipline is coming but Trooper Pro man this we knew if it was going to be hung they they were going to retry because they are too much pride right there they’re not going to be like okay they are going to lose in the retry I think it’s just I don’t I if you look at the evidence it’s tough to tough to get her on anything uh that said um June uh July 22nd will be the uh the next hearing regarding the retrying of the case which is a mess hey were you thinking of fight lighting fireworks off of Mount Charleston you should think again the forest service is reminding you that you face a $5,000 fund and up to 6 months in jail if you do so has more to do with the grass on the ground than anything cuz it’s Tinder and that cat just fire and then that’s when all the trees go up it’s a mess okay let’s get into it Vegas golden night’s lost a whole bunch of players over the last 24 hours we uh we broke the news yesterday uh Jonathan maraso heading to Nashville for a 5-year contract 5.5 million a year I get maybe like Vegas only offered three years I think it was 3 years 6 million a year but he’s like I want to get as much I want this to be the last contract I have and if anyone has earned that yeah for this team it’s Jonathan Maro there will not be a retired Vegas golden knights number ever like you can’t stay as a golden Knight you will be thrown on I don’t know it’s it’s marasa that bothers me the rest down the list like there’s some that you know uh Chandler Stevenson he’s going to Seattle for a seven-year contract I can understand not wanting to go for seven years William carrier I met him right before Co we were inside the uh the the um the observation wheel me and my son great guy uh he’s heading to Carolina Hurricanes for a six-year deal Anthony mantha he’s going to the Calgary Flames on a one-year deal Michael amario he’s going to the Senators for a three-year deal Alex Martinez going to Chicago for a one-year deal on top of this Logan Thompson and Paul Cotter being traded away oh by the way goalie uh the Patera guy there two year deal the kucks so like it’s just not no one stayed now if you would like to ask uh Kelly mccan who I love love this guy everyone thinks he’s brilliant and I think he’s made some good decisions but I don’t like him he’s just yeah it comes off snide take a listen to what he said in a press conference fans think they know our players I know our players better than our fans do so I’ve got relationships with uh with each of these guys uh you have to respect their rights as unrestricted free agents that’s uh the collective baring agreement we didn’t trade these players so they you know we tried to retain uh them they they had a chance to uh to do something different and they uh they chose to do that you have relationships with these players and literally all of them chose to leave cuz offer wasn’t very good you know how I feel I feel disgusting that’s how I feel it’s really it just comes down on the marsh so thing if that guy can’t get a 5-year deal just to stay here hey we want you to retire golden KN then no one will retire golden Knight very very NBA of the of the golden knights right go by get ready this is going to be 3 or 4 years of rebuilding there will be no retired numbers there will be bad blood for this team I don’t think flurry’s coming here ever again to be like oh yeah hey I remember my time as golden Knight who knows about Marsha so as well I don’t know yucky yucky yucky Las Vegas aviators they beat Oklahoma City 126 last night game two of three tonight at Las Vegas ballpark meanwhile this is very exciting uh you have your Las Vegas Cas is performing at the T-Mobile Arena taking down Caitlyn CL Clark in the fever uh Caitlyn Clark is an amazing player so good the fever not so great no so we’ll see what happens hopefully able to take the dub in the big house tonight The dust has settled from free agency and pretty much every free agent left the Vegas Golden Knights in a mass exodus. Fans are livid, particularly over the loss of Jonathan Marchessault.

Plus the Supreme Court says the President can get away with murder… as long as it is an official act.
