I’m tired, boss
From here on out, no one should be bitching about the coaches or anyone else. If you want to blame an individual, blame whoever the hell is providing medical care for this team. This is getting out of control.
This organization is so trash. How many kids are we gonna tell to suck it up and keep playing so they can injure themselves more? Fire the medical staff immediately.
Personally feel there needs to be some mutual acknowledgment and blame on this injury for Ashcraft.
Reds staff & medical should’ve dug deeper on what was going with him and Ashcraft should’ve been more honest about how his arm was feeling. The “grind it out” mentally is a guy desperate to stay with the club and not get sent back.
This is another strike out by the medical group and it pisses me off. McClain, CES, Ashcraft, and the list goes on……
