The Pittsburgh Pirates defeated the St. Louis Cardinals 2-1at PNC Park on July 22. Nick Gonzales and Oneil Cruz both delivered RBI singles and Mitch Keller went 7 innings only giving up 1 run. Aroldis Chapman got the win and David Bednar got his 18th save of the season.
