  1. We deserved to win that game and it fucking sucks. We need A LOT of pitching if Martin/Slaten aren’t coming soon, but if you’re one of the people blaming Jansen for losing you are completely wrong.

  2. Craig Breslow seems like a great dude, but does it infuriate anyone else that we’ve had a GLARING need for a reliever for 2 weeks now, and we STILL don’t fucking have one? What are we waiting for? This can’t wait another day.

  3. I’ve already said this quite a bit in the GDT but Wongs framing is legitimately a liability to our team at this point. He’s in the 5 percentile and Jansen will add much more to this team than just a RH bat in the lineup. Yes an Umpire can fuck us but just like dating. If it’s happening every single game that Wong is behind the dish maybe it’s time we try something else out

  4. Craig Breslow watching the games the past 10 days and not doing anything to help the bullpen is so fucking annoying … What do you say you do here?

Tyler ONeill … CATCH THE BALL

    Such a huge, huge loss

    HAVE to win tomorrow now

  5. Well that was brutal. I still really have to pin a lot of this on Kutter. I assume he’s fatigued but the guy is serving HRs at a Dollar Tree discount

  6. The Yankees didn’t beat the red sox, the red sox beat themselves, no other way to put it everything was lined up for us to win and we couldn’t do it somehow, just get the win tmw ffs

  7. ##We’ll get them tomorrow 😐
    ###We’ll get them tomorrow 😐

  8. Same exact season as 2022.

Next time have the awareness to stand on the base while talking to your coach during a baseball game.

  9. craig can you PLEASE FOR THE LOVE OF GOD GET A DECENT FUCKING PITCHER.

  10. We have held a lead in the 9th inning or later in 5/8 games since the ASB (and another one where we had one in the 8th.)

    We’re 2-6.

  11. I can’t blame Kenley. The ball should have been caught. It wasn’t even well hit.

  12. Gotta be honest that’s an absolutely horrific loss. 6 blown leads in two games and at this point it’s actually surprising to see the pen get through a single clean inning. At least the offense looks great

  13. Rafaela with his foot off the bag and O’neil missing 2 catchable balls that went for doubles. Just too many mistakes. This team has been putrid since the break.

  14. Tough loss, Sunday Sox and Houck tomorrow, win the series and keep fighting

  15. I watched this whole stupid game. There was not 1 pitcher that took the mound for us today that I felt comfortable with. If Bailey doesn’t clean this up we’re in for a LONG home stretch. Let’s hope the Sunday Sox do their thing

  16. That’s one game each series now, three series in a row that was close and went into extra innings that could’ve been won. You’re not going to win all of them. But fuck, one or two of them were within reach.

Welp, tomorrow it’s Sunday Sox so hopefully it’s a win. I’d kinda like a blowout given how the last few games have gone.

  17. Time for Bailey to earn his keep here, pitching has been going backwards fast.

  18. You can blame Kenley for not being good enough and still think he is a good pitcher. Giving up runs in 3 out of your last 4 run outs is not elite closer level pitching.

  19. To quote U.S. Grant after the first day of Shiloh – “Lick ‘em tomorrow though.”

  20. Sometimes pitchers have bad games, that’s okay, that’s forgivable. Sometimes umpires make bad calls, that’s okay, that’s forgivable. Sometimes outfielders miss easy fly balls, that’s okay, that’s forgivable. A professional baseball player being picked off because he doesn’t realize he’s not on the bag, that’s not okay, that’s not forgivable. Ceddanne Rafaela is to blame for tonights loss, anyone who says otherwise doesn’t know what there talking about. His inattentiveness may have just cost us a playoff spot.

  21. Kenley couldn’t get through the end of the Yankees line up. Fuck off man. Guy has secretly been getting hit hard for awhile now

  22. Tough fckn loss. Shake it off and get ready for tomorrow’s game 💪🏼🕶️
