Someone has to say it!
The real people to blame are the Oakland City Council for driving away every sports team out of Oakland. The A's have been trying for over 20 years to get a new stadium in Oakland, and none of them happened. It's Oakland's own fault for them leaving.
The A's situation makes me appreciate the Dodger organization even more. Of course, if the Dodgers didn't have its very lucrative broadcasting deal, there would be less to appreciate…
Should have just moved As to San Francisco to share park until they know where they’re going.
I like that Nellie just came out and said it
Hear hear, Stephen Nelson! As a Dodger fan who's currently living in Oakland, it's really sad to see what this pathetic owner is doing to his workers and the fan base. Truly shameful.
Stephen is a truth teller, whether horrible umpire calls or the horrible owners of the A's. The Oakland Coliseum is like a slumlord owned it and they have some of the best fans and best employees. It has been that way for years. This is why I love Stephen Nelson's game calling. He's a refreshing and younger voice for the Dodgers that is not the same old thing with many baseball broadcasters. Nelson with Karros is a fun combination to listen to.
Thought that was well said
If he feels that way, can't imagine how the fans feel. Sad.
Stephen speaks the truth. And that’s what I love about him!
