9. What we gave up doesnt add up. This team doesnt need anymore draft picks, we have enough young players….Grimes didnt even play a minute for this team. Does this mean he doesnt believe in the youth on the roster currently….ugh another tear down, not sure I can stomach another 14 win season

12. There's going to be plenty of fans that are not happy with what Trajan is doing, but they'll be unhappy anyway. Trajan is doing what Weaver was attempting to do, it just appears to me that Trajan will actually be able to do it. Anybody that says "it's been 15 years of rebuilding" just stop, no rebuild was truly attempted until Weaver got here. Before that they did things like bring in Blake Griffin, sure they made the playoffs, but they were never going to become a contender. Look at where the Thunder were two years ago, it's not a bad thing to have a young team.

13. In THJ, the Pistons are getting a guy that will have 5 or 6 exceptional shooting games a season that will bolster his season averages, but you get another 60 games of mediocre to bad play. He is also a guy that is a perpetual liability on defense. For those reasons, THJ fell to an end of the bench reserve for the Mavericks. THJ fans like to remember the 5 or 6 hot hand games, detractors lock in on all of the rest. He doesn't turn the ball over a lot, mainly because he rarely passes and doesn't dribble much.

14. Reggie Jackson’s $5m took 3 2nds to get off of. We ate 16.5m and gave up Grimes for the same price. Idk man.

15. Great trade? LOL. Wake me up when the Pistons can get up to the .500 level. 3 second rounders isn't moving the needle at all.

16. I’d love to see some proven vets. I’m not saying that because I think brining in those guys will help us win but putting all the young guys we already have with a handful of vets could help the young guys grow a little bit.

18. We still need depth at PF and still have a lot of cap space to eat up. I'd like to get Jalen Smith or JT Thor.

    Also, another question would resigning Cade take up some of that cap?

20. I don’t like this move. THJ is a downgrade. But it all depends on what Trajan turns those 2nd into.

21. It's another massive L for Mavs! THJ should have been traded alongside with Jaden Hardy last mid season for Bogdanovic and one of the big guys (Stewart/Duran)
    
    Instead we traded for Daniel Gafford and wasted first round pick on a guy who checked out the moment season ended and he got outplayed by rookie Derek Liability in playoffs! Now you are trading THJ when he literally has no value and in classic Dallas Mavs front office manner wasting even more picks you don't have, just so you can give out yet another 8 figure contract to a player who does not deserve it, and then you ask yourself why the team sucks.

22. What free agent would come to Detroit none! Grimes was a total flop no loss at all !

23. No matter what, it's a competent pick. Woah finally. An expiring contract for a good shooter. And we get Capitol. Omg and he's not s center. Win win here.
