  1. I’m glad we got him on this squad. Young talent and great character guy, real leader for this franchise in the making. Continue to trust the process and what this coaching staff can do.

  2. No need to stress over how Penix looked on game 1 of the preseason . Yall remember when Ridder threw a Hail Mary against the lions in his first preseason game? We thought he was the chosen one lol , Penix is going to be great

  3. Nobody's speaking about it. But, some of y'all was hollering for Justin Fields and Turner😂 😅 I'm so relieved the coaching staff and front office wasn't listening to y'all. Fields made me look forward passed Pittsburgh week 1. With or without Russell.

  4. My eval of Penix
    1. There were only two passes I saw that were not catchable…others were dropped or receiver misjudged.
    2. He looked like he was on-a-couch comfortable most of the time.
    3. Love the humble confidence.
    4. He was reading and looking guys off like a pro.
    5. I LOVE to watch the way the ball comes out of his hand, It is so special.
    6. He is bigger than I thought.

  5. Remember not to bother interviewing Heinke. He was hot Garbage and turned the whole game 180 degrees in the wrong direction. Put the kid behind him on the practice squad and cut Heinke loose. There is nothing more to see from last season to last night. Nothing has changed in his game.
