I mentioned this in another thread but I wonder if he told them he’d sign if they go get a pass rusher. It wouldn’t be that crazy if a request if you want to be on a winning defense. If so, Simmons deserves whatever we give him.

Idk how we could afford both these star dudes, but it if it happens I would be elated. Maybe a factor is how charismatic Coach Raheem is. I remember how when he was first hired, he got support from all around the league on how great he could be and how motivating he was.
