2. For everyone who's calling Pickett garbage, please understand the assignment. Howie used a 3rd pick to acquire Pickett. Minnesota just lost their 1st round pick in J.J. McCarthy for the season. If a team loses a starting QB for the season, they will be looking at QB2's on other teams acquire. Howie can flip Pickett for a higher pick or get the 3rd round pick back that he gave up. If Howie demotes Pickett to QB3, he will be UNTRADEBALE. Please let things play out.

5. If the reports are true and the Commander’s aren’t to impressed with Jahan Dotson it might be worth it to give them a call and see what it would cost it’s not like Dotson has been bad more of inconsistent and the QB play for Washington since he was drafted hasn’t helped

19. Context is key here. Kenny Pickett went up against NE 1st team defense with our second team offense. Tanner McKee went up against mostly the 3rd team defense for NE. Let’s not get toooo crazy about it just yet.
    That being said McKee footwork, decisiveness and accuracy all looked better and I’d rather go with him as the QB2 if we can get a 3rd back for Kenny 🦅

21. I remember the first time I saw Maddox play, he had this absolute burst of energy and then got injured the next play, but I’ve always had a lil sweet spot for him! The vibes he brings to the team is great, but I do wish the play was a little higher.

    Besides that, I don't think Picketts dropback is far enough …
    And, it isn't really that fair, because the protection with McKee was much better …
    BUT, McKee releases the ball quicker, and is a yard or two deeper than Pickett is …

38. pickett has better velocity, nfl experience and he had zero time to set and throw. mckee had all day to throw and his ball needed a bus ticket to get to the receiver. im not saying mckee is bad, but pickett has more upside.

42. The eagles r not signing any good wide outs and they r not changing the QB depth chart…although they shoukd in fact do both, as we all know.

I get the feeling of #McKee being better than #Pickett, BUT if you COMPARE WHAT PICKETT FACED & HAD (1st & a little 2nd team D, w/ the 2nd team O) to WHAT MCKEE FACED & HAD (a little 2nd- & mainly 3rd-/4th-team D, w/ the 2nd- & 3rd-team O <equally>) THEN MCKEE SHOULD’VE LOOKED BETTER; HE PLAYED SIGNIFICANTLY LESSER TALENT COMPARED TO THAT OF PICKETT.

44. There is nothing new under the sun. Everything is clear, only a few surprise will be with the roster.
    – KP will be the #2 QB if he'd throw 0 completion and tons of INTs and McKee would throw 100 TDs. It doesn't matter and nothing to do with the performance. As you could see on Sirianni that his every word was a lie, but it is what it is, Sirianni probably never wanted Pickett but now he is #2 QB and nothing could happen to change that (only if they trade him)
    – The RB squad is full. 1 Barkley, 2 KG, 3 Shipley and that's it. I feel terrible for Milton and Davis-Price they both good RBs, but there is no room for them so maybe in the PS. And again, nothing could happen to change this, only a season ending injury
    – WR is not a question neither. After Brown and Smithy #3 is Campbell and that's it. Maybe next year Wilson can attain that spot but now it is impossible. Ngata is a amazing WR but he won't make the team and stays in the PS. Ainais Smith probably will make the PS but the team not or at least not in this year
    – LB obviously Baun and White, no matter what again. Dean is getting better and Trotter JR showed some signs but it is above question, decided, done. As for Morrow, he was the best LB last year, we should keep him.
    – CB this is where could be some surprise. Slay and Mitchell looks like the ones and Rodgers. Ringo is still unstable and we'll see what can Coop do so he could shake things up. If there will be 7 CB than Hall, Ricks would be in team or McPhearson, Stephens. The others way under the bar
    – S CGJ and Reed is obvious, probably maddox will make the cut as a S, but maybe Coop will play as S and that new guy from Denver
    On the other positions there are no questions. This whole preseason is about to give reps to players who won't be in the team so they have some inspiration to play.
    And I don't see a trade for WR. Why should they? Thielen is a good choice, but the Panthers won't let him as the Giants won't let Slayton who is also a good choice. Maybe Renfrow could be good, but I don't see this, no need another WR, if Campbell is not helathy or Wilson is no good, than Ngata is the best option.

47. Please do not bring him back. Anyone who gives a child at football and then asked for it back is pretty weak depending on what he makes any makes a good chunk of change. I think your balls cost 500 bucks your flyer for give them away last time I heard, so if you’re going to do it, let the child have the ball don’t be a jack ass and ask for a back jack ass NOT a eagle just a jack ass
