  1. Love what Judge is doing, but dang it, for all of his hitting — homers and batting average — his RBI totals should be higher. He hits too many solo home runs, his favorite being the solo shot to right-center. But, the guy's got a .300+ average, and 49 home runs, and usually a player's RBI to homer ratio will be somewhere around 3:1. Judge's ratio is 2.4:1. I think he should have 20 or 30 RBIs more.

    I know some will say I'm being a curmudgeon, but I've been watching baseball for over 40 years. He's dangerous at the plate for sure, but I wish he'd make his homers count more. I thought it was overdue to move him down in the order so he could be more productive. But, that hasn't made a lot of difference.

    What do you folks think about this?
