  6. On a night when we shined, the only blemish in the lineup was Chas McCormick. Why the hell is that clown still getting gameplay unless we’re way up in the game? I don’t quite get the Heyward addition either. It makes about as much sense as getting Verlander back on the mound . He needs a Zimmer frame just to climb it these days 😂. Neris and Dubie were unsung heroes on the night! Glad to see Neris back, shutting it down!

  13. Update…
    After starting the season 12-24, the Astros are 76-65 with 21 games to go.
    If they finish 14-7, which is very likely, they will end the season at 90-72.
    The Astros are 5.5 games behind the Orioles for best record in the AL and 9 games behind the Phillies for the best record in MLB. The Astros are also 4.5 games ahead of Seattle in the AL West and 5 games behind Cleveland for the number two seed.
    That is an amazing season.
