13 games left against our division and 7 against non-division teams. Mariners are 5 games back and Rangers 9 games back. It would be nice to sweep the D-Backs to make up for the Reds series. We should be able to win at least 90 games and our division.

Here is my take on the Ho current situation. It looks like the Yankees have won the most penance and World Series and any team in baseball and in the last 3540 years or more it’s my opinion that the Yankees won a lot of them because Steinbrunner was willing to spend more money than anybody else, I think that is where the Astros come in today the owner of the Astros has shown that he is willing to break some eggs to make this omelette and it is now crunch time to see what our owner will do. I think we need to sign Bregman unless he just wants the moon, we need to keep Tucker we definitely need to keep Valdez and as far as Verlander is concerned to me, he is yesterday’s news. He never showed us any loyalty. The last go round and quite frankly I’m kind of tired of these players that do that. Also, I would not be surprised at all when Verlander goes in to the Hall of Fame. He has a Detroit tiger hat on.?! so my starting rotation for the playoffs goes like this Valdez Brown, Kakooti, Aaron Getty With Verlander as a possible spot starter if he looks like he is up to it give him a couple of innings and if it goes south bring in Blanco ? we do have a chance to do something in the playoffs, but that is Jermaine to the fact of is Dr. Jekyll gonna show up or is it gonna be Mr. Hyde?
If Verlander gets a playoff start then Blanco should piggyback him in those games
