  1. Wouldn't hurt BUT I just dint think it will help… its not his skull hitting the helmet it's his brain getting rattled around inside the skull… nothing helmet wise can really stop that… not taking head shots or head letting the head hit the ground is the only thing that will stop his concussion issues

  2. Roger Goodell has came out and said that they already have a helmet that is on par with the Gaurdian helmets it just looks like a regular helmet. Now he didn't specify what players were using them. Could it help? Maybe. I mean this last concussion was more of beck compaction type more then the actual blunt force trama one he got from Cincinnati. That one was violent though.

  3. I don’t think the makers of the Guardian Cap want to risk Tua being the spokes person endorsing it because if and when Tua gets a concussion it would hurt the brand of the Guardian Cap.

  4. I told you that this summer. Tua needs to be wearing a guardian helmet with padding on the exterior of the helmet along with better padding on the interior of the helmet. Somebody needs to teach Tua that he cannot dive head first into a defender, or worse yet, to multiple defenders.

  5. This could end up being a blessing – to a degree.
1.) The O-Line questions are exposed – and will probably force good changes.
    2. What if Tyler becomes a exceptional Backup QB ? – or much better than Skylar ?
3,) This may force McD into changing some obstinate traits – or do better in Game Calling ?
We can still hope for continued team building sn Hope for Tua's return.

  6. I have worn guardian caps since high school in 2017-18 and wore one in college too cause mandatory for practice. I didn't notice a difference for weight or safety but Tua should definitely wear one for safety and at the least for optics lol.

  7. I don't think Tua wearing the guardian cap is a fashion issue for him, it's more of not being able to see as much as he needs to see while it's on. I remember him saying originally it sort of block some of his side vision.

There's also the concussion neck collar that player's wear. Could be a possibility.

But to the panel's point; he does need to wear it to protect himself… Can't afford to not have him on the field.

  8. Now we see what our QB room is made of! Of all the seasons, if this one were to end up with post season success it would be one hell of a story!

Grier needs a fire under his ass

Btw our fans need to get their heads out of their asses, that’s why I’m no longer on X for a while
