But he's really a centerfielder they plead as if they've forced him to play shortstop. LMFAO! Now you sound like Boone the lawyer for lousy players.

  9. The answer to the teams lack of focus on defense offense and on the bases is on one person. The teams lack of urgency in every game they play is one one person. The teams pampered treatment and lack of hustle is on one person. He is the person who makes excuses for them in every aspect of their poor, unfocused, lack of accountability for every miscue is Aaron Boone. Boones lack of accountability is on Brian Cashman and Hal Steinbrenner. This is the team until 2 of them are gone.

  13. Not a world series team. Stroman was sent to the pen. He has been horrible. Poteet has been solid as a starter. Completely backwards managing. Boone has to go. After a quick ALDS exit, Boone will hopefully be fired.

  15. This game exposed and magnified all of the Yankees’ weaknesses. Sure, you’ll get em tomorrow. But they’re running out of tomorrows. If they can’t tighten up they can’t win.

  18. The biggest problem for the Yankees is the relationship between the general manager and the owners. Any manager that fails to achieve the goal 25 of 26 is a failure. I believe that ownership is thinking of the general manager ask a relative more than an employee. I worked for a bank 27 years and I am sure that if I wouldn't have made my job year after year I wouldn't lasted that long.

  19. This is why this isn’t a championship caliber team. They have a chance to clinch at home against their rivals and they lay two eggs like that. This team is probably good by 2024 standards, but they’re woefully inept by Yankee standards. And it’s why they are NOT championship capable. I think Baltimore, Cleveland and Houston are much better.
