Alex Ovechkin surprises Capitals fans at their home with season tickets and gifts

Alex Ovechkin and Jakub Vrana surprised fans on October 7, 2024, delivering their season tickets for the 2024-25 season and a special 50th Anniversary jersey. The fans were one of 36 original season ticket account holders, who have held season tickets with the Capitals since the inaugural 1974-75 season. Ovechkin and Vrana made the delivery following practice at Capital One Arena.

“What’s up, guys?” Ovechkin said to the amazement of the family.
