1. Good win, but not great. I'd be lying if I said I wasn't excited to be 6-2 going into the bye. I believe this team can make some noise, but we need to figure out our red zone offense ASAP.

6. The defense played tired from the first snap. Why can't the defense stop passes between the numbers?

15. I noticed all last week when interviewed the defensive players kept bring up ball hunting. I think there was more ball hunting than wrap your guy up and bring him down last night. Poor tackliing was the main reason they were able to stay close, and gash us for big runs. I always thought it was both feet, not two. I've even heard officials over the years actually explain it just like that , so I wasn't surprised by that call. Still a win is a win.

Happy for the win but next year let develop fields this year and the future because I don't wanna be here 5 years later when we could had build a team around fields and develope his passing game but still make td with his legs or extent the plays. Cause we are just starting to see what this team did in the first 6 with fields so how long before we make russ look bad and this se and half are playoff teams so I hope that oline recievers and rbs are ready.

    That being said we played down to the giants and still allowed 18 pt. So a 2 and 5 team looked competent againt a 5 and 2 team that says alot of where we still are even with russ.

17. Best way to sum it up; over reaction when it comes to offense. And I mean that respectfully. I’m asking the question are we for real offensively?? I’m beginning to think so. 3 weeks of 400 yards of offense. It seems like we wear opponents down during the first 3 quarters, then we deliver the kill shot during the 4th quarter. Bet!! I’m not going to overreact when it comes to the defense. A two loss team in the NFL is a dangerous team. I mean, just look at what the Browns did to the ravens they only have one loss, but there’s no gimmes here. Teams are not just gonna lay down because of stats on any given Sunday anyone can be had so I feel like the defense will get it right. Also, one thing that’s not being spoken about is MON Adams is on IR. He was a huge part of our defense.

18. Russ being a real qb being able to do the pre snap reads seeing soft zone coverage by CBs and taking the ez 8yd fast balls and audible out of bad plays into ez chunk runs

25. The giant players get paid as well. Usually, this team loose games like this, Tonight they did not. I look at the Ravens and what happened to them. Parity is real, unless your team is KC, who happens to be the NFL’s glamour team. Each team has its own story. Opinions are only important until the next important game. Content on a podcast. 26. I didn't see much of Benton in 2nd half. Is he hurt? The defense needs to get more stout up the middle. It's nice to be 6-2.

27. Matt – what’s going on with the run defense? I believe personnel on the d line is a problem . The only guy who moves the needle as a competent run stuffer is Cam. Would it be worth elevating Fehoko to get some nose snaps (assuming he’s healthy to play), and kick Benton out to 3-tech? They really need guys with more “sand in their pants”, in my opinion.

28. I'm glad we got the win but our defense looked weak. The Giants running backs and wide receivers we're eating us up…..Tj and beanie were the game savers.

29. seems like Roberts should be getting more playing time with the run game struggling. Maybe Holcomb returning can help with that too.

33. Matt -again I point to 41. He is learning on the job. Making aggressive mistakes ala Shazier. We played a lot of nickel & they seemed to run on us alot in that D. I think we need to see a bir more ERob.

35. Can we talk about the steelers "prevent defense". For a decade, I've seen teams move down the field 15 yards at a time. Too much space trying to protect against a hail mary with 2 minutes on the clock? Make this make sense
