6. We lack size. Even AD at 6’10” isn’t considered tall for a center. This isn’t rocket science. Go get Kessler and consider putting him in the starting lineup alongside AD. Yes move LeBron to the 3 and you’ll make AD a very happy camper.

8. I agree that D'Lo coming off the bench would be optimal. Right now there's no better option for the starting position though.
   Making changes to the starting lineup is not an issue as long as there is a good reason. The problem with Ham was that he changed the starting 5 every other game and that he didn't even stick with the stuff that worked (from the previous season). Trying stuff is fine although you should make sure the guys know why and what their roles are. It's the inconsistency and lack of reasoning and insight that is the problem.
