  3. So reeves hits nurse in the head with all shoulder but clips his head , knies gets hit, clearly the point of contact is the head , with all shoulder. Essentially the same thing reeves did to nurse. I have no idea what the difference between a legal and illegal hit is anymore in this league. Zero consistency
