We had the hardest schedule so far and the easiest remaining among all the teams in the league

  1. The only reason i have a problem with this is we’re only 20 games into the season there’s still time for teams to pick it up or make trades and get better before we play them

  2. I’d rather just keep playing the hard teams because we can’t win the “easy” games

  3. I like that they’re playing better teams. You only get better by playing against better opponents. I’d rather them play tougher teams and not get too comfortable down the stretch playing these softer/ bad teams.

That’s a recipe for disaster that you see in all sports when a team spends long periods of time playing bad teams. When it’s time to play against an actual good contender, they get washed.

  4. I had to double check which sub I was in. Bucs season started the exact same way. Are the leagues conspiring against Champa Bay?

  5. The middle of our schedule is particularly light, specifically going into and out of the Four Nations break. I think we’ll be favored to win every single game in February, so that’s nice. January is a busy month for games played, but not too many challenging opponents (CAR, TOR, BOSx2 who are fraudulent anyway, and the rest aren’t too bad).

  6. Don’t worry. Many of those teams will start their backup and/or AHL goalie who will then have his HoF game againdt us…..
