  1. If you have to tank in year 3 of a regime, think you have the wrong regime. This roster has gotten worse every year and is worse than the 2022 roster.

  2. Was just scrolling through the Raiders reddit and it’s hilarious they’re convinced they’re drafting Shedeur and think it’s a lock. They’re pathetic. Lmfao no way we get out tanked. Shedeur looks better in blue anyway.

  3. Alright some early morning thoughts! Not gospel, not necessarily my take by any means, just some thoughts for discussion…

    There has been a sprinkling of this on the boards but not nearly as much as drafting our supposed franchise saving QBs – Sanders or Ward (bit of sarcasm there FYI).

    *drum roll* … We trade our (likely) top 3 pick.

    A bit crazy on the surface and the trickle down repercussions will require patience (read as keeping Daboll/Schoen) – BUT – it might be a move toward the true rebuild to clean this up.

    Start with, where would Sanders and/or Ward go if you remove Giants from the board? Raiders need a QB … then it’s likely “maybes” until the end of the first round (Jets MAYBE, Browns MAYBE, Titans MAYBE, Saints MAYBE). The point being … are we reaching a bit for one of them at number 2 or 3 out of pure desperation?

    On the other hand – we move the top 2 or 3 pick for a first round pick next year (and maybe some other building block personnel) – go into the 2026 draft with 2 first rounders. Go after your QB then and build more through the draft.

    For 2025 we find a serviceable bridge QB. Winston, Wilson, Mariotta, Garoppolo … something like that.

    We likely suck again in 2025, but at least there is a game plan of sorts. Unlike the usual… said by Lupica… the NY Giants’ only plan is to get to the next plan.

  4. Many people have said this before but not drafting a QB this year is my choice. Build up other weak areas and draft down. BUT don’t get a bridge QB, keep Danny Devito or drew lock another year and have a double year tank. It’ll be painful but 2 years of early draft picks gives us a good chance of actually being a decently competitive team.

  5. Can’t believe there are people defending Shedeur for pushing a ref in the thread about him yesterday. They justify it by the refs missing calls on him WTF. That’s inexcusable. He is Kadarius Toney just at a different position
