Great ep DK, I love MT when we win, I love him when we lose, hes an amazing coach whom were grateful to have but im so sick of hearing we need to get better and no results, we have less grit than a worn out piece of sand paper when it comes to the o line and playing/coaching a full game. I thought Minkah would have his "stand out game" on the year against the browns but here we are hoping in Cincy! I guess lol

  15. Steelers vs Washington 3rd and 9. Pass to Mike Williams , TD. Arthur Smith is the best offensive coach we have had in many many years. When I say many is more than at the very least 10 years. Plays with Calvin Austin, using Darnell Washington or being able to run the ball were just imposible last season. There are things that we should test right now to see if they would work or not on the playoffs.

  17. 3 NFL games in 10 days is the most absurd scheduling I've ever seen. These guys can barely get back for Thursday games and you're telling me they have a PRO FOOTBALL GAME every 3 days? WHAT 😳

  25. I’ve been a Steelers fan since 1979. Which I think is pretty good considering I live in Canton Ohio. This is the only information about the Steelers that I listen to on a daily basis. Thank you DK. Have a wonderful weekend with your family.

  29. If teams are going to double TJ Watt or George Pickens make them pay! Have the ILB blitz his run gap the instant the RG turns to help on TJ. If the safety goes deep with Pickens, look to the speed (88) / height (80) TE mismatch against a LB.

  41. In defense of first down runs, it makes sense with the overall meta strategy of this team, and I think previous seasons help to inform what that meta strategy is. This team has an elite defense, but also one that is older and susceptible to injury. They have addressed that through depth, but it's clear that this team also has a general preference for a moving clock when it is on offense. Absent elite quarterbacking the team has to be creative offensively, and they have clearly chosen to try to synergize an offense which prioritizes time of possession with a defense that is elite when it is healthy and not overworked in a game. The real Achilles heel in this (aside from aforementioned lack of elite quarterbacking) is the fact that Najee is incredibly pedestrian as a running back, with almost 0 capability for breaking off a big play in terms of yardage.

  43. Thank you DK. I would like to see this team have a solid plan. Play calling and a offensive line move those chains. A defense that has a plan for TJ Watt being doubled covered.   45. Watching the Ravens on MNF was the mold to success. Get into 3rd and 1-3 range. Even when they didn’t get the third down conversion, they were easily able to get the 4th…

  46. If Tomlin is saying his team was not focused & motivated at the start of the game, that is "His Job" to motivate them. Steelers recent history is not scoring in 1st quarter! He needs to be better…
