  1. Sure are a lot of Giants fans on here trying to save face and missing the point that the Vikings got a basically free guy with NFL experience when they are down a guy in the QB room. For like $500k for the remainder of this season, the Vikings aren't expecting Josh Allen or Lamar Jackson, just a guy that can complete a pass and maybe take off and run. Let the defense do the heavy lifting. Plus Jones will be throwing to Justin Jefferson. That alone makes him a better QB than he was in Jersey.

  2. Where is all this media love coming from for Daniel jones???? When he was ours in NY he was the joke of the league along with the rest of the team. Now he’s gone and he’s beloved????

  3. My god the NY media is so insane. His record is terrible. Let the vikings have him. Barkley is a different story – paying Jones over Barkley should cost the GM his job

  4. Daniel Jones is a good QB tough !!! Alot of times he was running for his life ..I was hoping miami would pick him up!!!..we have no back-up..you think they would learn something after again Tua got hurt!! GOD bless jones wish you great success! 👍

  5. It’s driving me crazy how the national media and other fanbases ripped this guy to shreds from the moment he was drafted, and now that he’s off the Giants, everyone is acting like Giants treated him badly on his way out like people weren't laughing at the team for still keeping him on the roster. Why the sudden shift in narrative. Let’s not act like everyone didn’t think Jones was the drizzling shits for years. Now he's some untapped potential many people want to see "stick it" to the Giants?

  6. Because so many people seem to have forgotten, Daniel Jones beat a defensive coordinator who gave ALL QBs their best games of their careers. Daniel Jones has no more experience in the playoffs than Sam Darnold.

  7. That vikes defense was last against the run and like 3rd worst against the throw. Signing daniel jones based on a game where he beat the vikes is weird

  8. Jones is a safety net. Darnold is crushing on one year. He may jump ship on them and leave them w Jones and JJ. Or JJ could not be any good after the season off w his knee. Darnold could stay. Too many who knows. But they will lose one of them for sure.

  9. 100k for not Nick Mullins as a backup makes sense. I'm not sold on Jones, but he is a better option than Mullins if Sammy D gets hurt. Especially on what is essentially pocket change for the Vikes.

  10. Surprised Jones didn't take a deal from a more desperate team willing to pay more. Then again, Im just a casual football fan, so I was clearly missing some info

  11. We have seen Mayfield, Geno and of course Darnold finally play well elsewhere. People forget as a rookie Daniel Jones had 24td/12int. His rookie year was better than Eli's first 5 years.

  12. Nick Mullens has literally played 3 plays this season. 2/3 were passes on 3rd and 15+ that went for first downs. Third play was a run. Dude literally couldn't have performed better despite being thrown into the toughest of scenarios and now is maybe losing his #2 spot 😂

  13. Yes, it is a win/win for everyone except for the Giants. The only downside is if Same Darnold who has looked like a top 10 QB in 9 out of 11 games goes through another multi game slump, there will be a lot of fans pushing for DJ, which coul upset the apple cart!

  14. Danny Jones is a terrible quarterback, end of story. 6 seasons of mediocrity and prime time choking. He shouldn’t be getting covered this much.

  15. We just trying to get back to having the whitest qbs group of all time after losing Kirk 😂.

We still need one more if we want to reach peak Kirko Chains. We need Will Levis now

  16. Let me get this right. The Giants let the probably offensive MVP in Saquon Barkley go. They let the possible defensive MVP go too, and they do all of this to pay and keep Jones…who they also let go. The issue is the decision making right there.

  17. QB is only position where they look at your potential and not whole body of work. He from Duke and he look like Josh Allen from a mile away, and thats why he get a pass. Tyrod Taylor everything outstanding school, gpa, the whole nine have to damn near perfect, and will bring to him a hypothetical just to get a raise.
